I’m sure you’ve all been wondering, if the vaccines are so safe and effective, then what’s the scientific reason that vaccine manufacturers need liability protection whereas other products (including drugs) don’t need that?
Here is the complete scientific rationale justifying the liability waiver:
The history of vaccines and the origin of liability
Back in the 1980’s, there were four manufacturers of vaccines. They colluded and basically all agreed to stop making vaccines unless the US government gave them liability protection. So that’s how it started.
Why not drop the liability protection for all parties involved in the vaccination process starting today?
If the vaccines are truly safe and effective as claimed, we could drop the liability protection for the vaccines today. But we don’t because everyone knows they are deadly.
The manufacturers would immediately stop production and everyone would be forced to take early treatment that would then lead to virtually no hospitalization and death as I’ve noted earlier.
If Congress dropped the liability protection for vaccines, do you know what would happen? It would force the drug makers to test their products before injecting into human beings. We would then have safe vaccines.
Fat chance of that ever happening.
The vaccine manufacturers have it made
Mandated use of product. No liability.
So you make the product make people sick and you sell more product.
I hate to sound cynical, but that’s what the data shows if you’ve been reading my substack. These vaccines aren’t safe or effective. The more boosters you take, the sicker you get. That’s what the numbers show.
What you can do about it
Nobody in Congress is ever going to challenge the drug companies and call for lifting of the liability protection. Can you name a single member of Congress who has called for this? I don’t know of a single public health official who has called for this either. WTF?!?!
Since Congress will never act, it’s up to us.
Everyone should refuse to take any vaccine until the liability protection is lifted for all vaccines. That’s the responsible thing to do. It’s up to all of us.

Every drug commercial includes a great deal of time listing side-effects…odd we don’t hear all the side-effects for the ‘vax’ everyone is pushing
Off topic but why do all of the people in drug commercials move in slow motion?
Kinda creeps me out.
Most people on meds are old. Fast movement freaks them (us) out. Overhead menus that flash and move make me very angry, for example. I’m standing there trying to figure out how to get the most food for the least money, goddamnit! (Old Man Yells at Cloud)

Everyone should refuse to take this shit regardless of drug dealer liability. But it would be a great way to prevent this from happening in the future. This guy is one hell of a reporter, I hope he keeps it up!
Most people believe the vaccines are FDA-approved, even though they’re not. Most people figure “200+ million people have gotten them, and I don’t know anyone who’s died yet.” I’ll bet half of the people in America don’t know what liability means.
So all this talk about liability doesn’t mean shit to most people. People aren’t scared of the vaccines and won’t become scared – unless the results get a LOT worse. The only thing that might put an end to this vaccination push is if a lot of those who’ve gotten vaxxed get annoyed. They got their vaccine. Then they got Covid anyway. And now they’re being told they need another shot and and probably more shots down the line. We need enough of them to say “fuck that shit” to throw sand in the gears of The Powers That Be’s vax passport scheme. Honestly, who the fuck wants to go to Canada or Australia anyway?

They have 100% liability protection for vaccines with a decade of safety studies and decades of use. Of course they needed protection for rushed to market death jabs.
I sure as hell will not want something that the manufacturer is not liable for, and now, they want to force it? This is one reason I tell others why I won’t take it, that and cause Joe and Kamala told me not to take anything Trump had anything to do with.
