Pennsylvania firefighter and college senior John Paul “JP” Ramel died suddenly on Sunday, April 10. He was 22.
Born in Sellersville, Ramel was set to graduate from Utica University in New York in May with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, his obituary says.
Ramel was a member of both the New York Mills Fire Department and the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company in Bucks County, which he had joined in 2015, his memorial says.
He was remembered on a GoFundMe page as a hero who “will always serve as a reminder to be kind, gentle, and strong-hearted.”

Burke County, N.C. — Firefighters and first responders across the foothills are remembering a long-time fire chief in Burke County on Wednesday.
Former Salem Fire and Rescue Chief, John Stroup, died after volunteering at the fire department south of Morganton for 50 years, according to the department’s Facebook page.
The department said that Stroup died Friday, a week after having a heart attack.
“John was a caretaker. He took care of his family. He took care of his community. He took care of his firefighters and his department,” said Chief Charles Autrey.
Loss of Singerly volunteer, 22, deemed “Line of Duty Death”

Elkton, MD — Singerly Volunteer Fire Company unexpectedly lost one of its own Saturday.
Trevor McNabb was just 22 and died in his sleep after working a shift at the Elkton fire company as assistant EMS chief, then going to his paying job at St. Francis Hospital EMS in Wilmington.
“He got off work, went home and went to bed,” said Robert Muller, 1st vice president, director, EMS captain and paramedic for Singerly.
Muller said the results of the autopsy are not out yet but Singerly members participated in the tradition Tuesday of escorting his body from the medical examiner to the funeral home.
Because his death happened within 24 hours of being on duty, McNabb’s death is counted as a “line of duty death.” This means he died as a result of that service.

INDEPENDENCE, Iowa (KCRG) – Independence Mayor Robert Hill died suddenly, according to city officials.
Hill began serving as mayor of the city on Jan. 1, after serving for more than a decade on the city council.
“Bob’s love of family as well as enthusiasm for, and commitment to the City of Independence will always be remembered,” the city said in the Facebook post. “We’d like to extend our deepest sympathies to Bob’s wife, Audrey, their daughters, Beth, Erin, Laura, and their families.”

Longtime Resident and Town Councillor, Kenrick W. Clifton, Passes Away

It is with great regret and profound sadness that the Town of Randolph, MA, announces the passing of Randolph Town Councillor Kenrick W. Clifton Councillor Clifton died unexpectedly on April 21, 2022.
Clifton was a native of St. Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean. He attended high school and college in the United States, graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Political Science, where he received an academic and athletic scholarship. Clifton received a Masters in Government and International Relations Government/Political Science from the City University of New York, a Law Degree with 1st Class Honors from the Wolverhampton School of Law in the United Kingdom, as well as Certificates in Law from the Norman Manley Law School in Jamaica and the Inns of Court School of Law in London.
Clifton returned to St. Kitts to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Ministry of Tourism and Trade. In 1995, he moved back to the United States, and began working for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), where he worked until the present day. Clifton most-recently served as the Assistant Director of the Office of Civil Rights at the MBTA.

Caledonia Village Trustee Kevin Wanggaard dies unexpectedly

Caledonia Village Trustee Kevin Wanggaard died unexpectedly Saturday at Ascension-All Saints Hospital following a medical emergency at the age of 61.
Wanggaard served 18 years on the Caledonia Village Board and worked 30 years at the City of Racine Water Department. He was also an active member of Moose Lodge #437 at the local and state level and Moose International.

Giroux Glass Mourns Death of Thomas Taitano, 53

Giroux Glass Inc. has announced the loss of Thomas Santiago Taitano, who the company describes as “their esteemed and longtime colleague” in Las Vegas. Taitano died unexpectedly on April 13. He was 53.
In 2003, as a recent arrival from Guam, Taitano was one of the first employees hired to launch Giroux Glass’ expansion into Nevada. He was hired as an estimator by Stephanie Lamb, and was thrilled with the opportunity to be part of the company’s entry into Las Vegas. A company press release says Taitano “brought with him his warm charisma, smile, strong work ethic and can-do attitude.”

Remembering the charismatic, creative and kind Robert G. Dietrich, 63

Robert “Bob” Dietrich is remembered by friends and colleagues as a charismatic, creative, and kind person whose effervescent energy charged up any room he was in. Dietrich, senior associate vice president of university advancement at Northeastern, died unexpectedly earlier this year. He was 63.
“Above all else, Bob loved people—connecting with alumni, spending time with students and their families, participating in events that were important to his colleagues—he cherished the relationships that come with this business,” Diane N. MacGillivray, senior vice president for university advancement, wrote in a message to the members of the university community.
“An elegant and erudite representative for Northeastern, his passion and persistence, relentless optimism, and a stubborn inability to hear ‘no’ made him a stellar fundraiser. The depth of his care for everyone with whom he interacted made him an irreplaceably good person. His loss is professional. It is also profoundly personal,” she wrote.

A great woman died suddenly just after Easter Sunday. Vicki Thorn was the founder of Project Rachel, a post-abortion healing ministry.
“She was a voice for us when we were not able to speak yet,” said Theresa Bonapartis, who had an abortion and now works with women who have done the same. “She heard us when others did not want to listen and definitely opened the door of healing in the Church.” Project Rachel and other ministries like Bonapartis’s Lumina are internationally active now, but that’s because Thorn started the essential work.

A U.S. Navy sailor died during a training evolution with U.S. Marines in Hawaii on Sunday.
The Navy first identified the deceased sailor on Wednesday as 29-year-old Lt. j.g. Aaron Fowler. Fowler was assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit One and was participating in a training evolution with the Marine Corps at Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kanehoe Bay.

A Hudson Valley resident and member of the New York Army National Guard has died unexpectedly at the age of 26.
Dutchess County resident William Christopher Bean IV, of Hyde Park, died in Albany on Monday, April 18, according to his obituary.
Bean was born in Poughkeepsie, and he graduated in the class of 2015 from Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park.

Davis founded Cambridge Realty Capital in 1983, seven years after earning a graduate degree in real estate investment analysis and appraisal from the University of Wisconsin. He also previously worked at Chicago-based real estate firm Baird & Warner Inc., where he was the company’s youngest senior vice president in its history, according to Cambridge.

Debra Stark, founder of Debra’s Natural Gourmet, dies at 75

Debra Stark had more in mind in 1989 than simply launching a store where shoppers could find healthy foods, though Debra’s Natural Gourmet in West Concord became far more successful than she could have imagined in those challenging early months.
Ms. Stark, whose business drew praise from national publications and won awards, died last Monday in Emerson Hospital in Concord, two days after she had a heart attack. She was 75 and lived in Acton.
“Up to the last minute her life was vibrant and full of things she was proud of,” said her son Adam, who co-owns the business.

On March 20, Ryan Paddock had been sitting in his car waiting for his wife Trisha to finish the last mile of the Los Angeles Marathon when he got a phone call.
“Either the CEO or somebody from the L.A. Marathon called to let me know that I needed to go to the nearest emergency room,” Ryan, 44, told Los Angeles during a recent phone interview.
Trisha, 46, was a veteran participant of full and half marathons, as well as a former Miss Asian America, with no medical problems as far as she and Ryan knew.
He was later informed that Trisha’s heart had stopped after she crossed the finish line of the 13.1-mile run, and that doctors were trying to resuscitate her.
Trisha never regained consciousness. She was pronounced dead at 9:42 p.m.
Her sudden death was a surprise to everyone close to her. She had participated in the long-distance Ragnar Relay twice and had taken part in at least three other half and full marathons before the L.A. Marathon.
The Torrance native, who spent most of her childhood in Redondo Beach, was the person in their family of five who encouraged everyone to practice healthy habits. It was Trisha’s weekend ritual to walk at least six to ten miles every Saturday. As a young adult, she had played competitive volleyball. Trisha, who was Polynesian, had also participated in several beauty pageants and was crowned Miss Asian America in 1993. She also received an athletic scholarship to American University, but later dropped out to go on a missionary trip to Cape Town, South Africa, where she met Ryan in 1997.
“She was on my case about being in better shape and health conditions,” Ryan told Los Angeles. “It’s interesting. I almost feel like she was so endurance-driven that eventually that battery just runs out. Like she could go-go-go-go-go and it’d be no problem.”
Trisha’s death also stunned marathon organizers because it was the first related to the L.A. Marathon since 2007, when a 50-year-old man who had participated in the L.A. Bike Tour in conjunction with the race died after going into cardiac arrest, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

On February 21, 2009 Tami married Dan Elstad in beautiful Jamaica. The picturesque beach wedding was the beginning of a wonderful 13+ year marriage. They lived in Backus in a beautiful lake home with their beloved dog, Elli. A lot of great memories were had at the house as friends and family were always welcome to the Elstad resort. When having a bonfire, take the opportunity to put another log on the fire and toast to a happy memory of Tami. She is loved so much and will be dearly missed.

His athletic story was lifelong. Whether golfing, skiing, cycling, hiking or pitching BP to his kids, Steve was gung-ho. He was a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, winning national age-group championships in 2006, 2007 and a world federation title in 2008. For years, he competed in Iron Man events, then joined the triathlon circuit (swim/bike/run). He ultimately qualified in Florida for a spot on the U.S. Triathlon Team, then finished seventh in his age-group at the 2019 World Triathlon Grand Finale in Lake Geneva, Switzerland, with some 4,000 athletes and 60 countries.

Her career enabled her to live and make friends in several places throughout the Midwest including Omaha, Nebraska, where she met and married the love of her life, Fred Lindsey. Friends and colleagues at New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) have expressed deep sorrow on the sudden passing of beloved Jamaican American manager Gary Henry, who died suddenly on March 25.
Relatives said Henry, a manager in the Disease Intervention and Case Management (DICM) Unit in the Bureau of Tuberculosis Control (BTBC), was “barely 55 years old, when on March 25, 2022, on his way home to take care of his first love, our mother, he passed out in the parking lot of his work site.
“Despite the tremendous effort of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and the Emergency Department at Woodhull Medical Center to revive him, God saw fit and transitioned him to his spiritual home,” said relatives in the obituary. “His entire family remains in shock that their baby brother has gone home to glory so soon.”
Henry’s colleagues at DOHMH, with whom he had developed a very close working relationship, over the years, told Caribbean Life that they were still in shock over his sudden demise.

A 58-year-old Wichita man who crashed into the Arkansas River during a heart attack has died, according to Wichita police spokesperson Chad Ditch. Police responded to a vehicle submersion around 9:25 a.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of South McLean, which is near Pawnee, and found Christopher Cotter unconscious in a Lexus ES250. He was taken to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Ditch said Cotter was headed east on Pawnee when he had a heart attack and crashed into the river. In an email, Ditch said police “won’t know what caused his death until later … He did not die from the accident itself.”

WELLFLEET, Mass. — A Maine surfer pulled out of the waters off Cape Cod has been pronounced dead, the Cape and Islands district attorney’s office said Thursday.
Martin Mackey, 48, of Brunswick, was found unconscious off LeCount Hollow Beach in Wellfleet on Wednesday morning after several people called 911 to report a surfer attached to a board facedown in the water.
Officials have not said what caused Mackey to lose consciousness and that the incident remains under investigation, but Assistant District Attorney Tara Miltimore said in a statement that a preliminary investigation has found no foul play.

28-year-old Sergeant Cameron Lemmons died on Tuesday afternoon from a sudden illness at the McLeod Hospital in Florence, South Carolina.
Columbus County Emergency Services Director Hal Lowder says Lemmons went to the hospital on Saturday and died Tuesday afternoon.
Lemmons had been with the Whiteville Police Department for about five years. His last shift was Thursday night.
He leaves behind two twin boys, Christian and Cayden.

The parents and a grandparent died of COVID-19 from the end of November to early February when there was a surge in cases because of the highly transmissible omicron variant.

When that didn’t work out, he decided to go to college and get a film degree and graduated from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. He was able to turn that into a full-time profession and became a producer, writer, and director for film and television domestically and internationally.
He made a name for himself in the horror genre by directing and writing Wrong Turn 3: Left For Dead, Wrong Turn 4: Bloody Beginnings, and Wrong Turn 5: Bloodlines. Additionally, he directed other horror films including Joy Ride 3: Roadkill, and 2010’s Sharktopus.

Van Halen manager Noel E. Monk has reportedly died

From 1979 through 1985, Monk served as the manager for the Pasadena, California group, and, in the year prior, he worked with Van Halen as their tour manager in 1978, the same year the group quickly began climbing the ladder of success on the back of their breakout self-titled debut album.

Covington, Ga. — Two people were killed when a small plane has crashed near a General Mills plant about 35 miles east of Atlanta, officials confirmed.
“Obviously this was a devastating crash and there are no survivors,” Covington police Capt. Ken Malcom said Thursday night, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Crews had recovered one body as of late Thursday night, Fox 5 Atlanta reported.
“We are working on a lead to determine who the victims were in the crash,” Malcom said, adding it was a relief the incident did not hit the cereal manufacturer’s plant close by. “The fact that it didn’t crash into the plant, saved many lives.”
According to witnesses, the plane had departed from Covington Municipal Airport around 6:45 p.m., police said, according to the outlet.
“Suddenly the plane veered to the right, and immediately came straight down and crashed into the lot behind us,” Malcom said. The crash sent a plume of black smoke overhead, authorities and local news reports said.
There were no immediate reports of any injuries to anyone on the ground.
Covington police told local reporters the aircraft crashed in an isolated parking lot near an industrial plant just off Interstate 20, a major east-west artery in Georgia.
“We don’t have additional information at this time,” said the FAA statement. It said the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF/Gray News) – A teen rescued last week after having trouble in the water at a South Carolina beach has died.
WBMF reports Andrea Renee Brown, 14, and her 15-year-old brother were swimming in the ocean when they suddenly needed to be rescued on April 15.
The teens were rushed to a local hospital, but the Horry County coroner said Brown ended up dying from drowning complications on Monday.
A family member said they were visiting the Grand Strand area from Four Oaks, North Carolina.
Indian high school student drowns in pond in US

New York: An 18-year-old Indian high school student drowned in a pond in the US state of New Jersey after diving into the frigid water to retrieve a soccer ball for children playing nearby, according to media reports.
Clinten G Ajit, from Niranam in Kerala, went into Hardcastle Pond in New Milford around 7 p.m. on Friday to retrieve the soccer ball and apparently drowned when he suddenly went underwater.
However NJ.com, another digital newspaper quoting police, said emergency officers responded to a call around 7:15 pm that someone went swimming in the pond and did not return. First responders recovered Ajit’s body in about three hours.
“The water went up to his waist. Then it went up to his neck. Then he had his whole, full body in the water,” CBS news channel quoted 10-year-old Sam Rueda, who saw the tragedy unfold with his family, as saying.
“After he put his hands down, that was the last we ever saw of him. Then his friends started to panic,” Sam said.
Borough police confirmed Ajit’s identity late Saturday afternoon.
The Bergen County Medical Examiner’s Office and New Milford Police Department are partnering to determine the cause of death, according to a news release from the borough police department.

Brandon Sterling died while playing basketball during a pickup game on Sunday in Morgan City, according to his mother Darnisha Sterling. He was 18.
Sterling was a senior at Assumption High School in Napoleonville where he played basketball and football. He was playing basketball with friends when he suddenly collapsed and hit the back of his head on the court at the Jimmie Johnson Memorial Park in Morgan City, his mother said.
“They said he hit his head on the concrete and he started to seizure,” Darnisha said. “They said he was shaking real bad.”
Darnisha said her son remained on the court for “up to 30 minutes” after collapsing. Once an ambulance arrived, he was taken to Ochsner St. Mary hospital in Morgan City, where he was pronounced dead.
Darnisha said she is still seeking answers on how her son died. She said he had no pre-existing medical conditions and the cause of death is unknown. The family is waiting for autopsy results from a medical examiner.
“He was a healthy child,” Darnisha said. “He was so active. I don’t know what happened. They never told me what happened to my baby.”

This Thursday afternoon a man of approximately 55 years of age died of an apparent sudden heart attack in the streets of the Adolfo Ruiz Cortines neighborhood, where a police mobilization was recorded.
Witnesses indicated that the victim had just got out of his car to enter the home of a friend he used to visit, when he suddenly felt bad and suddenly fainted on the sidewalk.
The unfortunate man had barely parked his white Atos Color car and leaned out of the fence of the place to warn that he had already arrived when those present saw how he suddenly collapsed.
His friends immediately went out and tried to revive him, but seeing that he did not react, they requested the support of the rescue corporations by calling the 911 emergency number.
Emergency medical technicians from the Red Cross tried to provide first aid to Julio César “N” better known as “La Coqueta” but they could only confirm that he no longer had vital signs.

Mr. Wilmer Ramírez, 34, died on Friday afternoon after falling from his motorcycle and hitting his head on the pavement at kilometer 166 and a half of the North Pan-American Highway, in front of the “Francisco Luis Espinoza” National University, in Estelí.
Ramirez was traveling with his unidentified wife, who was uninjured and said Wilmer suddenly fainted and they skidded onto the road, dying minutes later from severe head trauma.
Firefighters and paramedics from the Red Cross arrived at the scene, however, and Wilmer Ramírez had no vital signs.
Ramírez’s wife added that at the time of the tragedy they were on their way home, in the municipality of Pueblo Nuevo.

Teacher’s Sudden Death in Santa Familia is Being Investigated

A thirty-three-year-old teacher from Santa Familia Village lost her life under mysterious circumstances on Wednesday night.
Reports are Nassly Calix was at home taking a bath when she became unresponsive. Sometime before nine o’clock, her husband, thirty-nine-year-old Walter Calix, went to check on her and found his wife motionless in the shower.
Nassly Calix was transported to the San Ignacio Community Hospital where she was pronounced dead. According to the husband, she had no medical history. Investigators, however, observed swelling on the left side of her neck. Police are awaiting the results of a post mortem examination to confirm Calix’s cause of death.

Fifteen-year-old Denbigh High School 10th-grader Kevaun Tomlin had his sights set on being an accountant, as he vowed he would never take up farming as his father (Kevin). The teenager’s dream was cut short when he died suddenly on April 7 – two days after he collapsed at his school and had to be rushed to Denbigh Hospital in Clarendon.
In an interview with The Gleaner his aunt, Latoya Anderson Gilfillian, with whom he has been living for over 10 years, broke down as she recalled the events leading up to his death.
She said that he took sick at school in March and was taken to the hospital ,where he underwent a brain scan. The result was inconclusive, so she said they were sent to Kingston to undergo an MRI.
Before receiving the results, she said, he was due for his ward review; he also did a blood test at the hospital. Gilfillian said. He had an exam on April 5 so he had to go to school.
Later on in the day, she got a call from the teachers at the school that her nephew had again fallen sick.
UNRESPONSIVE
When she visited, she said he was unresponsive. However, after he regained consciousness, she said he started throwing up “black stuff”.
The night before his death she saw him and he called her ‘Aunty P’, not his usual ‘Aunty’, which she pondered and found strange.
Before leaving, she said the doctor told her he had to do an emergency test as they discovered he had a stroke ]but] could not identify what caused it.
“I was like, strokes comes with high blood pressure or something, and they are not seeing anything,” she informed. She said she made the sacrifice and paid for the test, as owing to the condition he was in ,she didn’t want the day to end and he didn’t get the test done.
After praying with him, she went home, and was prepared to visit him the following day.
That day never came, as she was called the following day to visit the hospital, where she was greeted with the news of his passing.

An elderly man today died after collapsing in the vicinity of the Mandeville Regional Hospital in Manchester.
It’s reported that the man was along the roadway this morning when he collapsed.
He was assisted to the nearby hospital by the police.
He was subsequently pronounced dead. The deceased is yet to be identified by the police.
Head of the Manchester Police Superintendent Lloyd Darby says the incident is being treated as a case of sudden death.

Ian Eyre, the bass player for Curved Air between 1970 and 1971 has died, aged 70, singer Sonja Kristina has confirmed.
In a short statement on social media, Kristina, who still fronts a version of the prog rockers, confirmed that Eyre passed away last month.
“I am sad to hear that Ian Eyre passed away unexpectedly on March 10 aged 70, Kristina wrote. “I have no other information at present. His funeral is tomorrow at Mortlake Crematorium. RIP Ian… Condolences to his partner Janty and his family.”

Kenneth Ireland, who ran Ireland News on Breck Road from the early 1980s until 2013, died suddenly on April 10. His family have paid tribute to Ken, who was originally from Walton, who gave so much to his community over the years.
“He had back and leg issues which led to his retirement, he was on his feet 14 hours a day, seven days a week. The last year or so, his health did get a bit worse, he was diagnosed with emphysema and had fluid on his legs, he was in hospital for a month to try and get that under control.
“He was ok for a bit after that, but last Sunday [April 10] it was a bit sudden, we weren’t expecting it.”

A close friend of a “one of a kind” young dad from Leigh who died suddenly has paid tribute to him.
Liam Ratcliffe was 29 when he died earlier this month.
He leaves behind three children, with the youngest being only seven months old.
One of his close friends, Shaun Myers, 27, from Leigh, spoke to the Bolton News about Liam.
He said: “He was such a generous, caring guy.
“I know people always say it when people die but he’d do anything for anybody, he’d have given his shoes to a man on the street who’s got nothing.
“I cried a lot for about a week after it happened. He was one of a kind.”
Liam was a keen rugby league player, having played for Leigh Miners Rangers and most recently for Leigh East.

Tributes have been paid to a dad-of-four who died suddenly at work after suffering a mystery blood clot.
Nick Prosser, 35, fell ill at work on March 23 while managing the Old Rectory Hotel in the village of Llangattock in the Brecon Beacons, Wales.
Tragically the defibrillator at a nearby pub was not working at the time, according to hotel staff.
An air ambulance was sent to the scene but Nick could not be saved, reports Wales Online.

Dave said Jon’s daughter, who is in her early teens, tried to wake her dad up when she discovered he had died in his sleep.

A teenage girl was sadly found dead when emergency services attended.

Tributes have flooded in for Meryl Grainger who died on March 27 at the age of 57. Meryl died very suddenly after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
Meryl grew up in Barrow and attended St Pauls C Of E Junior School, Barrow Girls’ Grammar School and later the sixth form college.
Meryl also spent her life rescuing animals and would drive across the country saving dogs in need.

An avid collector of books and lover of the obscure and unusual, he has left such an extensive library behind that the family aren’t quite sure what to do with it all!

Camogie player Kate Moran, 21, initially walked away from an accidental collision on the pitch, but later collapsed and lost consciousness before dying in hospital a day later, it has emerged.
Emergency services rushed to Ardrahan in south Co Galway following the accident which occurred during a league game on Monday.
The game was abandoned as emergency medics attended to the player.
It is also understood Ms Moran and another player went up for a ball at the same time and her head was hit by the backswing of the hurl.
She was rushed to University Hospital Galway where she was pronounced dead yesterday evening.

Mattie Maher, who was originally from Tipperary, was refereeing the provincial match in Watford, London when he became unwell.

On the Thursday before the long Easter weekend, a trader at Zurich Bank Vontobel died at work. He was only in his mid-30s, according to several insiders.
The cause of death is suspected to be a heart attack due to the collapse in the middle of the office, according to two sources independently. However, this information is not secured.
What led to the sudden death of the banker therefore remains unclear for the time being. “Vontobel cannot and will not provide any information on the cause of death.”
It is not uncommon for the police to start an investigation for people who die at a young age. Their death is initially classified as extraordinary.

Father Stanisław Odroniec died suddenly on Easter morning at the age of 74. The monk came from the Limanowa region. It was there that he was born and spent his teenage years. He lived 54 years in the Redemptorist Congregation and 48 in the priesthood.
He made his first religious profession on August 15, 1968, and perpetual profession on February 2, 1974. On June 13, 1974, he was ordained a priest by Bishop Jerzy Ablewicz in Tuchów.
After ordination, he was sent to Tirocinium in Toruń. Then he started working as a missionary in Elbląg, where he worked for three years. When at the beginning of 1978 there was an opportunity to go to a new Redemptorist mission in Bolivia, he immediately applied for his candidacy on the grounds that “his only desire in life was to work outside the country.”

Tragic news from Warsaw. On the pitch in Rembertów, at ul. Paderewski, a few friends met to play football together. Unfortunately, during the match, one of them, the 60-year-old, suddenly fainted and fell on the pitch, according to tvnwarszawa.pl.

A 46-year-old man died of sudden illness in a nursery school in Vicenza. The victim was originally from Salento and was in Veneto to supervise the works.
His name was Carlo Cardinale and he was from Galatone, a town in the province of Lecce. His job was to direct a Salento company that dealt with renovations. After the Easter holidays, the director of the company went to Vicenza with his colleagues to take care of some windows of the kindergarten. Last Saturday night we first published an unfortunate incident that occurred on Friday evening in the city of Ashdod, after a young man from the city was found dead near his home apparently from cardiac arrest.

A massive disaster fell on the Yankovic family home this morning after receiving the bitter news from the Sheba Hospital in Tel Hashomer that the late volunteer Rabbi Avisalom Yankovic had passed away from Ashdod.

Man dies in Stutong Baru crash, young grandchild uninjured

Kuching – A 64-year-old man died while his five-year-old granddaughter managed to escape without any injuries in a single-vehicle accident at Jalan Stutong Baru around 7.30 am today.
In a statement, the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) said the deceased had to be extricated from his multipurpose vehicle by firefighters from the Tabuan Jaya fire station.
It is understood that the vehicle was travelling towards the roundabout at Jalan Stutong-Jalan Setia Raja when it suddenly veered into the oncoming lane.
The vehicle finally came to a stop on a road verge immediately after the Lions Nursing Home.
Medical personnel from Sarawak General Hospital pronounced the driver dead at the scene.

Deputy chief designer of wide-body aircraft CR929 with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), passed away on Sunday at the age of 43, according to caixin.com on Tuesday.
Meng Qinggong, COMAC’s Composite Material Center, deputy chief designer of wide-body CR929 of COMAC, passed away after having a heart attack at his home in the Xinzhuang Industrial Zone, in Shanghai’s Minhang district, a source confirmed with the Global Times, but the source declined to elaborate further.
Local media thepaper.cn said that Meng devoted himself to volunteer activities in the community since mid-March due to the COVID-19 outbreaks in the city and neighbors were deeply saddened by his sudden death.
While serving as a volunteer in his residential compound, Meng delivered antigen detection reagents to residents and always took the trouble to demonstrate and explain to elderly people who did not know how to take the test, it reported.
Meng was awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member” by COMAC, among other honors.

The Niigata native’s passing was announced in a Facebook post by Mobomoga’s owner Daisuke Tohyama, who said: “It’s hard to accept this news so suddenly, but our colleague Hideyuki Tanaka left us for heaven early [this] morning.”
According to Tohyama-san, chef Tanaka had “collapsed suddenly” Sunday afternoon during a workout at the gym. The cause of death was subarachnoid haemorrhage. At around 11:08 pm on the 20th, at Gyeryongsan near Sangsin-ri, Banpo-myeon, Gongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do, hiker A (72, male, Seocho-gu, Seoul) was found collapsed in cardiac arrest.
Person B, an acquaintance of Person A, told the police on the same day, “While climbing the summit of Sambulbong Peak of Gyeryongsan Mountain with Person A, Mr. A suddenly fell unconscious and called 911.”
Police are investigating the exact cause of death based on eyewitness statements.

A former bikie who was involved in a string of major incidents has suddenly died at work.
Ricky Chapman, a 32-year-old one-time hard man for the Bandidos on the Gold Coast, was found dead on Wednesday evening after suffering a medical episode.
Emergency services were called to Rio Tinto’s port in Cape Lambert, about 1,500km north of Perth, about 10pm, but Chapman could not be revived.
He was working as a fly-in-fly-out rigger between Perth and Cape Lambert at the time of his death after vowing to give up the outlaw motorcycle gang lifestyle.
Just two days ago the 32-year-old shared a motivational quote reading ‘I hope that you become filled with so much happiness that it heals every part of you’.

A 75-year-old man has died following a single vehicle crash in Maryborough this morning.
Preliminary information suggests the man was travelling northbound along Tooley Street in a white station wagon around 11.25 am when the vehicle collided with a fence at the end of the street before continuing down an embankment and becoming wedged on railway tracks.
The local man and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

Newstalk ZB host Bruce Russell dies suddenly

Radio host Bruce Russell is being remembered as a talented newsreader with an “inimitable personality”.
Stuff understands Russell died while at work at the Newstalk ZB central Auckland offices on Sunday night, before he was due to begin his shift on-air.
Newstalk ZB confirmed his death in a statement on Monday morning.
“Bruce Russell, one of our long-time Newstalk ZB hosts, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully last night,” the statement said.

One person has died following a crash in Dunedin on Monday night.
The single-vehicle crash on the Southern Motorway near Main South Rd off-ramp, Calton Hill was reported to police about 9.12 pm, a spokesperson said.
“The sole occupant of the vehicle sadly died at the scene.”
A scene examination was completed overnight and the motorway had since reopened, police said.

I saw a client yesterday for the first time since before Xmas. She’s jabbed, double jabbed and boosted but got Covid anyway. I told her that my wife and I got Covid without having been jabbed. She said we were lucky to still be alive. What dimbulb.
Heard another story the other day. Fiances co-worker got the jab. Few weeks later he was out for a walk and collapsed. Hospital removed some kind of (clot?) near his spinal cord. They said it could have paralyzed him. I don’t consider myself a popular person that knows a lot of people, but this is the third direct story I have heard from people regarding issues from the jabs.

The spinal cord has a blood supply just like all the rest of the body. There are the anterior spinal cord artery and the posterior one.
What’s called a “spinal stroke” can interrupt the blood supply to the spinal cord, if there is a blood clot in one of these spinal cord arteries. It can lead to paralysis. Overall, spinal cord strokes are much less common than strokes in the brain.

Yes, we look at the obits in the Sunday paper and for a small town of less than 10 deaths a week, usually 2-3 are “suddenly”.
