Not me. It’s a 50 minute drive from me. And I haven’t been there in over 20 years. And the only reason I went back then was because my brother works there and I could get in for free, and my young nephew was visiting my parents and really wanted to scratch Space Mountain of off his bucket list.

What’s interesting is that, according to Thomas Sowell’s book ‘Black Rednecks & White Liberals’…the current inner-city ghetto culture was inherited from the white trash that came over from parts of the UK during the 1700’s and 1800’s.
While 1/3 of whites lived in the antebellum south, 9/10 of blacks did.
Might be some sort of “truthiness” to that. Catholic Archbishop “Dagger” John Hughes is credited with a massive clean-up and overhaul of the Irish immigrant population via the Catholic Faith. The Irish were a mess; drunks, prostitutes, low-pay menial workers, and violent, with both low morals and low morale. They were routinely discriminated against.
The Archbishop, almost single-handedly, changed that through the church, if his story is to be believed.
I imagine that there is another demographic that is known for drugs, sexual promiscuity, violence, low-skilled workers, with low morals and low morale that is desperately in need of their own “Dagger” John.
Due to an rather unfortunate childhood, I have lived at different times in White trash neighborhoods and in majority Black neighborhoods. Whatever the source, the behavior is pretty much the same in both places. Lots of unwed mothers, lots of unemployment, alcoholism, drug abuse, theft, violence, vandalism, prison sentences, trash, ignorance (and proud of it), rejection of work, lying, filth, and refusal to accept the rational consequences of their own actions. Say what one will, whether it is about White privilege, or systemic racism, the fact is, that sort of behavior always produces the same results regardless of race. Why? Because most people do not care how much light your skin reflects. They just care about whether you are a low life, trashy person. Good people, White or Black, who function productively and fairly get treated well.
The only big differences I have found between ghetto Black, and White trash, are that: 1) Whites, (even low life Whites) generally still have a higher IQ and a better chance that at least their children can be productive. 2) Whites generally blame bad luck, or specific other people, but Blacks always, always, ALWAYS blame things on racism and The White Man. 3) The percentage of Ghetto Blacks as a fraction of the total Black population is MUCH higher than the percentage of White trash as a fraction of total Whites. I would estimate that White trash percentage is about 10%, but Ghetto Black is closer to 50%. My guess is that a look at crime statistics would probably correlate with those numbers.
Just a few observations from the field.

The *only* thing that kept anyone from being shot and killed during all of this, is because everyone has to go through bag searches and metal detectors prior to park entry.
