On August 15 around 12:40am a street takeover initiated at Figueroa and El Segundo. The spectators then formed a ‘flash mob’ of looters and rushed a nearby 7-Eleven.

Hey Tom, in a LOT of places that is exactly what will happen. Me? About four years ago I moved to an area that is 96% White, 3% Hispanic, and less than 1% Black (and a couple hours drive from any major numbers of them). If the SHTF around here, the first thing that would happen would be a neighborhood meeting and a long term plan for mutual defense. Crime around here is so low the police station closes at night and on weekends. I am not kidding.
Consider calling that meeting preemptively.
