PUTIN SPEECH ON WESTERN LEADERSHIP: The western mainstream media tend to run articles describing Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, as some sort of “enemy”, a “tyrant” seeking to destroy the West and re-establish a new Soviet Union. They describe his “special military operation” as an unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. Some western politicians describe it as a military threat to Western European nations which seems to be a gross exaggeration. Others blame energy price rises on Putin.
However, in his many speeches and interviews, Vladimir Putin appears to be a man more obsessed with his leadership of the Russian nation and the long term security of his people. As far as BOOM can see, he does not seem to be intent on the creation of an external, expansionist empire redolent of the Soviet empire. He is not a communist and neither is his economy a communist one. In communist economies, all money creation is strictly controlled by an all-powerful central bank. That is not the case in modern day Russia.
However, it is clear that Putin is driven by a desire to end the dominance of the US Dollar in international trade and capital settlements. That is possibly a noble cause because when one currency has dominance over others, it can become an instrument of inequity and instability. The US Dollar currently maintains its global dominance through the excess volume of Eurodollars available on the balance sheets of globally active commercial banks that are external to the shores of America, especially tax haven banks.
The US Dollar is also dominant in the foreign exchange reserves of many national central banks. While this volume dominance continues, the US can (theoretically) use it as an economic weapon. Theoretically, it can create excess dollars on the balance sheets of private banks from “thin air” and purchase any goods and services anywhere for effectively nothing of value.
Many people describe this as an unfair advantage solely held by America but that is not strictly true. In reality and surprisingly, this statement actually stands true for any fiat currency. For bank loans and consequent credit money to be created, there must always be a demand from borrowers. Banks cannot create new credit money/bank loans without willing borrowers. And this applies to global commercial banks and tax haven banks.
They could just as easily create Russian Ruble or Chinese Yuan or Canadian Dollar denominated loans …if there was sufficient demand. Demand for all currencies drives their creation. That is a little known fact. The demand precedes the creation, even in regard to Notes and Coins which we call “cash”. Cash is non-interest bearing sovereign money produced by the Treasury department in response to increased demand from the people. Use it or lose it.
However, back to Putin. Last week he delivered a lengthy speech at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, in Russia’s Far East. In the speech, he said that the current global macro-economic situation is being caused by the US losing its dominance and that Western elites are not willing to acknowledge this. “Western nations want to preserve the old world order, which benefits only them, to make everyone follow the ‘rules’ they invented themselves and which they regularly break or change to their benefit,” Putin said. He was referring to the “rules based international order” that the US and its allies are keen to refer to ad nauseam when describing any global conflict. Cynics describe this as the international order of “we make the rules and you take the orders”.
He said that “resistance from other nations “makes Western elites ‘lash out’ and take short-sighted cavalier decisions affecting world security, politics, and economics”. He also accused Western political elites of being “detached from their own people.”
As an example, he explained that 87 grain ships had been loaded in Ukraine under the recent Russia/Ukraine /UN agreement but that only 3 % of them had moved grain to poor third world nations. “Just two ships out of 87 were loaded [in Ukraine] under the UN Food Program, which works to provide assistance to needy countries… just 3% that were sent to developing nations.”
He used this fact as an example of Western disingenuousness. Presumably, 97% of the grain from Ukraine has been shipped (with Russia’s assistance) to western nations, notably in Western Europe.
He noted that under the current Western sanctions, Russia’s financial system had stabilized, inflation was going down, and unemployment was at record lows, inferring that the people of Western nations are suffering more from the sanctions imposed on Russia than the people of Russia.
He went on to say that most of the nations in the Asia-Pacific Region (APAC) reject “the destructive logic of sanctions” and seek to foster business ties and economic growth for the benefit of their people.
He is clearly seeking a peace settlement in the Ukraine by advising the Western political elites that their policies are back-firing. The only question now is this — will they listen?
SHOCKING — NEW “BIVALENT” COVID VACCINES GIVEN EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION IN THE US DESPITE ZERO CLINICAL TRIAL DATA IN HUMANS AND NO LONG TERM DATA: From a US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Press Release dated 30th August 2022:
“Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration amended the emergency use authorizations (EUAs) of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine and the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to authorize bivalent formulations of the vaccines for use as a single booster dose at least two months following primary or booster vaccination. The bivalent vaccines, which we will also refer to as “updated boosters,” contain two messenger RNA (mRNA) components of SARS-CoV-2 virus, one of the original strain of SARS-CoV-2 and the other one in common between the BA.4 and BA.5 lineages of the omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2.
The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent, is authorized for use as a single booster dose in individuals 18 years of age and older. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, Bivalent, is authorized for use as a single booster dose in individuals 12 years of age and older. “
It has been reported that no human studies on the BA.4 and BA.5 components were submitted by the companies for consideration by the FDA. Apparently, there were some human studies done for the BA.1 variant of the virus but not for the BA.4 and 5 variants.
The Press Release goes on to say – “For each bivalent COVID-19 vaccine, the FDA based its decision on the totality of available evidence, including extensive safety and effectiveness data for each of the monovalent mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, safety and immunogenicity data obtained from a clinical study of a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine that contained mRNA from omicron variant BA.1 lineage that is similar to each of the vaccines being authorized, and nonclinical data obtained using a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine that contained mRNA of the original strain and mRNA in common between the BA.4 and BA.5 lineages of the omicron variant.”
The key words to focus on there are “similar to each of the vaccines” and “nonclinical data obtained“. In other words, there was no clinical data for humans made available for the new BA.4 and 5 variant vaccines…so the FDA was happy to accept data concerning a “similar” vaccine and also happy to accept “nonclinical data” whatever that means.
BOOM was shocked by this announcement. It suggests (strongly) that these new Bivalent variations of the Covid mRNA vaccines have not been studied in any large scale trials in humans and that the FDA was willing to grant emergency approval to them regardless. The Press Release goes on to clarify this:
“The mRNA in these vaccines is a specific piece of genetic material that instructs cells in the body to make the distinctive “spike” protein of the original virus strain and the omicron variant lineages BA.4 and BA.5. The spike proteins of BA.4 and BA.5 are identical.”
“For each of the bivalent COVID-19 vaccines authorized today, the FDA evaluated immunogenicity and safety data from a clinical study of a booster dose of a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine that contained a component of the original strain of SARS-CoV-2 and a component of omicron lineage BA.1. The FDA considers such data as relevant and supportive of vaccines containing a component of the omicron variant BA.4 and BA.5 lineages.”
So the data is “relevant and supportive” but is concerning a TOTALLY different protein. Are you shocked yet as much as BOOM is shocked?
Let’s state the matter as clearly as possible. With the approval of these Bivalent vaccines, the FDA is willing to equip your body with the genetic code to generate Trillions of foreign Spike Proteins to be released inside your body that have NOT been studied for their effect on humans. That is exactly what has happened. And this messenger RNA technology has only been injected into humans in large scale numbers for 18 months — NEVER previously. BOOM calls that an experiment. JUST 8 MICE: But the story gets worse. Pfizer submitted to the FDA some data on 8 mice as justification for the approval process. Yes — 8 mice. The individual mice produced wildly different reactions to the Bivalent products. This alone should have alerted the FDA to request further studies in humans. EXCESS DEATHS FROM ALL CAUSES CONTINUE TO RISE: Excess Deaths — these are Death numbers from all causes that are higher than the expected 5 year average. Any economy afflicted by excess death will suffer, especially if the excess death is occurring in all age groups.
Excess Deaths from All Causes (above the expected long term averages) continue to rise in many nations. And they are mainly in the fertile age groups. The Omicron variant of Covid cannot be the main cause as it is much less fatal than previous variants and Covid “case” numbers are falling while overall death numbers are rising. Quite frankly, we don’t know what the cause is until extensive independent autopsy studies are conducted where bodily organs are tested with special stains for Spike Protein presence.
There have now been more than 2 Million excess deaths from all causes (cumulative) in the US and Europe since 2020. This phenomenon is continuing in 2022. The USA is in its third year of excess death while European numbers show that Europe is into its fifth year of excess death. The pattern of excess deaths began in Europe way back in 2017 and has continued each year since then.
Australia is in its first year of excess death numbers. In 2022, in Australia, there were 75,593 deaths that occurred by 31 May and were registered by 31 July, which is 10,757 (16.6%) more than the historical average. Coincidently, the current Excess Death numbers in the UK are also 16.6 per cent above the five-year average, the equivalent of 1,556 “excess deaths” during just one week.
And we really have NO idea what these people (of all ages) are dying from because there is no adequate autopsy data. You may have read some explanations — “Oh it’s Covid, it’s Long Covid, SADS (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome), Delayed Diagnosis, Delayed Treatment, Suicide” — but — there is no solid evidence for most of those explanations to explain these huge numbers.
Causes of death are taken from either Death Certificates (the best guess of the attending Doctor) or Autopsy Reports and most autopsies are not thorough enough to find Spike Protein in solid organs which would be the definitive finding in post Covid vaccination death. In Alberta, Canada, the major cause of death is now officially “Unknown”.
“Covid” deaths are deaths attributed to Covid — in other words, the patient had a Positive PCR Test for SARS CoV2. But if Amplification Cycle numbers are set above 30 for those PCR Tests, then there will be a very large number of False Positives. A Pathologist informed BOOM that: “if the live viral load is high in a sick patient, then 5 – 10 cycles is all that is needed to show a Positive result”.
In many nations, government controlled labs and private labs have routinely been doing up to 40 – 45 cycles during the Covid Panic-Demic, almost guaranteeing many false positive results. PCR Tests also cannot differentiate between live genetic material and dead genetic material. Then there is the issue of “died with Covid” versus “died from Covid” — another controversial matter.
This growing excess death phenomenon is not confined to the elderly. Young fertile people who could be expected to have future children are dying in large numbers and we don’t know why. As they die, their reproductive potential dies with them. Thus, if a million deaths occur in young, fertile adults, then we can add at least another million that has been prevented from ever being born. One million becomes 2 million when this dynamic is considered.
Of course, any discussion in the mainstream media concerning excess deaths cannot point the finger at the Covid Vaccines. That is Verboten. These genetic therapy products are “safe and effective” and cannot possibly be causing excess death — according to the official narrative of all governments. BOOM suspects otherwise.
COVID ATTRIBUTED DEATHS FALLING FAST: Meanwhile, daily deaths globally attributed to Covid are now at about 1,400 per day and falling. Total global deaths per day are around 140,000. So this represents just 1 % of daily deaths being attributed to Covid. WHERE is the deadly “Pandemic”? WHY do we still have States of Emergency in place? The fact is that there is no emergency. But we do have a mystery — the mystery of Excess Deaths from All Causes.
STARVATION IN UK: Perhaps Vladimir Putin has a point about poor Western leadership causing harm to their citizens. Last week, BOOM saw a report on the United Kingdom stating that almost half of 16 to 25-year-olds in that nation have gone to bed hungry over the past year because of the rising cost of living.
Centrepoint, a homeless support charity, said that almost 25% had skipped work or education because of a lack of food. Last month, a peak in fuel prices drove inflation to a new high. Just under a third of young people admitted that household bills were the main reason for neglecting their diet.
Meanwhile, the new Prime Minister, Liz Truss is blaming Vladimir Putin for the UK’s economic hardships. That is not a good start. She has been a senior member of the UK government for many years and should take responsibility for the economic outcomes.

The problem is, we do not do a very good job of controlling the narrative regardless of the issue. Instead of being focused on 9/11 being an inside job and trying to convince the Normy’s about the evidence we know, we should have been focused on the Patriot Act and how it is turning our country into a totalitarian State. There were plenty of issues with the Patriot act that both sides could agree on.
Instead of focusing on COVID and vaccine conspiracies, we should have been focused on real data and what actually worked to treat the virus.
It is not enough to discover and point out the truth, because sometimes the truth is beyond belief for the majority of the people. Sometimes telling someone the truth who is not prepared to hear it, simply causes them to deny, or shut down all together.
To enlighten people who are blue pilled to the degree most people are, is almost like trying to explain an adult issue to a small child, you have to simplify it and put a positive spin on it.
The reaction you are going to get from most people when you try to tell them the truth about government is the same as if you told a 3yr old that Santa Clause is a scam designed by corporations to make profit. They do not want to hear it or believe it.
If your objective is to get people to see the truth, sometimes you have to be patient, and diplomatic. Sometimes it is better to ask an obvious question that to offer and explanation.
By now, I think most people know someone who has become ill or died suspiciously. Sometimes it is better to ask them what they think is causing it, than to tell them. Give them a little bit of knowledge instead of too much. Allow them to use their own reasoning, instead of telling them the answers.

We spent a very pleasant five hours together. over lunch too, He was non-committal so it will be a good test for at least RFK’s book which I showed him. He works for a major tobacco company in UK and when I showed him my systems and info bank, he was staggered. He is triple Vaxxed and ready to take a fourth – what – I was horrified.
He literally knew nothing that is going on. He didn’t even know what Repo was or the bioengineered Covid and its sick brother the Vaxx! This is Gen X who have brought up the next generation to know even little than them.

Such as “How long before side effects show? How much damage can we cause? How many will die?”
Maybe that can be estimated. How much longer Oh Lord will you allow the Evil to Rule? Strongly urge all Conservatives to vote on 8Nov2022 to kick all democrats out of office.
