Sad, but how true. On a recent hunting trip I passed a California couple on a hiking trail. I had my full pack, shotgun and sidearm. I was heading up for several days above 10,000 feet. I could see the fear in their eyes. I stopped and joked “No I’m not an Alien Life form” I’m headed up to hunt for several days. Sign of relief by the couple. I told them we had many ‘California refugees’ in the area I live and understand their concern. Went on to have a nice conversation with them, a little education about the bird I was after and how they were transplanted to Nevada from the Himalayans. Lead to a conversation about ‘freedoms’ and how Californians have lost so many with the way Covid was used for political purposes. Conversation ended with them actually agreeing with me that they deserve all the freedoms I have enjoyed in my life (I’m 65) they were maybe late twenties. Gave them food for thought.

This is funny. Reminds of a somewhat similar story in my town here. Long time family friend had a niece move down to NYC because she had to discover her liberal side. She met herself a fellow liberal man, or lack of one, and got married. When Covid-1984 hit, NYC shut down and they worked remote. They decided to come back to our local hick town and stay with her mother until things went back to “normal”. Well 2 years later they are still here and I heard that the mother wants to downsize and will be transferring house to them. Turns out that the “man” the chic married starting liking the small country feeling. There has actually been some head butting as he wants to hunt with the girls uncle. She being an anti-gun liberal and all. I keep tabs on that situation it is funny to hear about. Perhaps he will man up and put the broad in her place, or be thrown out, all depends I guess.

The movie had a happy ending, but was purely fictional. These parasites come into your community and demand you change your ways. I truly do not think they understand that what they want their new community to become is exactly the reason they left their previous one.

That’s why states need to ban abortion. The leftoids will move out, never return and move their woke corporations out. Victory.

America needs two walls. One along the entire Mexican border. And one around all California. If I were governor of a Red State I would make it illegal to accept Californian immigrants.

Well Texas, well not Texas but the politicians, have done all they can to welcome these poor misguided souls. We are not better for it.

Former Governor Rick Perry is all about the money. He said so while autographing a book during his 2010 campaign. Perry was most instrumental in bringing the Chinese company Huawei to Plano, Texas. FACT . Nice, Huawei is a Chinese company company that was seeking a contract for maintenance of some federal government networks. Imagine that. Perry spent $1 million of Texas taxpayer monies during the trips to China negotiating the Huawei deal.

Toyota moved it’s corporate headquarters in California , or at least part of, so Toyota has presence in the Plano area as well. Many other companies were coaxed into moving to Texas 2010-2015 and I suppose it continues. And the GOP yelled yeah, just think of all that money. Yep , Texas got money alright and home prices and property taxes soared. Sometimes it might be wise to be careful what one wishes for. DFW is a hell hole now of people with noses in the air in affluent areas , Southlake comes to mind. And now nearby Roanoke has gone LGBT.

Few will remember also that when Governor Perry ran in 2010 there was of course controversy upon controversy about illegal aliens crossing the Rio Grande. In an attempt to appease and coax democrat voters, Perry aligned with Texas dems in presenting a kinder, gentler approach to “border control”. If ever in Lake Worth , Texas (next to Fort Worth) visit the Wal Mart there. Easily 75% of the customers are of Hispanic origins, not saying all “illegal” , just speculating a fair share of those in the makeup.

It’s funny, perhaps hypocritical, folks around these parts will talk negatively about “people from Dallas”, yet the same folks have no problem what-so-ever taking money from “people from Dallas” for hunting purposes.

So much better than how I was “greeted” outside Portland, Oregon in 2002 with a cinder block through my camper shell window as night was setting in at a quiet, vacant rest stop. The cinder block was thrown from the passenger side window of a pickup truck moving at about 25 MPH. The impact was forceful enough to rock my Toyota T100 pickup truck. I had my Ruger .357 Magnum at the ready, so there was no chance they were going to surprise me a second time. The chicken-shits never showed their faces, just a hit-and-run asshole event… apparently to be expected in Coastal Oregon at any time. Hard to imagine, but that shit hole is even worse now, according to my remaining acquaintances there.

My small town has more than its fair share of left coast freaks moving in- trannies who look like the fat bearded lady from a freak show 50 years ago, fresh off the boat Afreakans, and BLM supporters. I detest these people. Eventually, we will have to seperate.
