Montana’s Direct Democracy

This is what happens when the blue cities overwhelm the red rurals. With a dab of fraud thrown in for good measure.

What makes Bob 7221th Year from Creation think that those numbers reflect how voters in Montana actually voted? I would contend that it is far more probable that the measure was supported overwhelmingly. Do not confuse the movie you just screened with an election. That was a 21st century cyber-espionage operation.

Also known as “war.”

Montana does have areas that are liberal but I wouldn’t call the whole state full of them.

Imagine how much of a monster you’d have to be to take a fragile, alive newborn and leaving it on a cookie tray screaming until it just starved to death.

Or, like some have already done, to birth the baby for the mother and then murder that baby — or, worse yet, harvest its organs and such while it’s still alive …

There aren’t enough levels of hell or other suffering for these people … Dante will have to add a few more chapters to his book …

Very disappointing. Guess I’ll sell my dental floss farm there. And my cubic zirconium tweezers to pick it.

It’s good that the measure failed. Dumbass Americans consider the covid ‘vaccines’ medical care. I would’ve voted no for that too. Gov laws have no application to any of the people but dumbass Americans want to keep pushing us towards such lawlessness. That measure passing is scary as hell – no more home births because you need “medical care”. That would open the door to forces medical care on new borns. People who vote for such a thing are insane and evil.

Damn, American voters are the scariest people on earth.

Or Dominion did it.

Voting anywhere is submission to a fellow mere mortal to control you. Sounds stupid.

I did a little looking at the ballot measure itself on Ballotpedia. We had an abortion measure go down to defeat by a pretty narrow margin here in Kentucky (52.38% No vs. 47.62% Yes). I heard a few people saying that the KY measure (a state constitutional amendment) was worded awkwardly, to say the least, which caused a lot of confusion and that was why it went down. I wasn’t sure how much weight to give that argument, so I did a little digging. The Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level score showed a grade level of 24 for the Kentucky measure (!), while it showed a grade level of 11 for the Montana measure. So yes, the measures were written at too high a reading level to eliminate confusion and allow people to understand what they really mean. It’s been suggested by some experts that text on a website (full disclosure, I maintain one) should be at a grade level of either 6th or 8th grade to enhance readability.

Now, this begs the question – is there any justifiable reason that constitutions or laws have to be written at such a high level? How are people supposed to understand if they’re breaking the law or violating the constitution if they can’t understand it?

Key word in that referendum is “REQUIRED”. That word represents naked force against infants. It isn’t open to discussion or debate on an individual basis. It’s simply “required”. You know like a Law, or a “regulation” or even a fucking lousy “rule” or a shit bedraggled “guideline”.

The way I read this is that Montanans want to maintain control over their own progeny instead of giving it away to the Government.

And no one cooks cookies with babies. It ruins the flavor of the baby. /sarc (for the idiots among us).

I keep telling you guys, you have to rethink this. The people who want to kill their own children, are our enemies, and you should never stop your enemy when they are making bad decisions….

I remember how the hospital staff tried to pressure me to vaccinate my newborn for hepatitis. If this passes, you’ll have parents who refuse such unnecessary procedures losing custody of their kids. Hospital admins and lawyers would make sure of that.
