We grow purple hull peas around here and I put up about 6 gallons of them last summer. We ate the last of last year’s crop in October.
Also, the neighbor has about 1/2 acre of turnip and mustard greens that are still growing, but near zero temps coming this week may put an end to them. It’s nice to go over and pick a mess for dinner any time I want.
