My interpretation of the boom is Dore, in just a few sentences, delivers a very concise, accurate assessment of the cause of the situation, because he has researched the history of it, and is aware of facts that the mainstream media selectively chooses not to report, instead sowing a narrative of BS as directed by other people with evil, ulterior motives.
In a word, Dore opines on the Truth.
Important, in that the whole fiasco has caused pain, misery, death and destruction for millions.
But the blame does NOT lie at Russia’s or Putin’s feet, contrary to what the easily misled tend to believe.

Yet they should, because the effects most certainly will affect their children and grandchildren in the very near future.
