Susan Philip, MD, MPH believes masks work. Either she must know something that science doesn’t. Or she is incompetent. Which is it? Well, nobody is going to question her on this, so we’ll never really know the answer. But I’d wager on the latter.
Executive summary
You can’t make this stuff up. You really can’t.
On February 28, 2023, Susan Philip, MD, MPH, Health Officer of the City and County of San Francisco, issued this order requiring people who work in healthcare and in jails to be vaccinated and wear a mask at all times when in a room with other people.
Violation of or failure to comply with this Order is a misdemeanor punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both.
Of course, everyone knows now that:
- Masks don’t work. In the Bangladesh trial, for example, purple cloth masks were indistinguishable from the placebo.
- Vaccines are much more likely to kill you than save you and they definitely increase your risk of getting COVID
So this order by Susan Philip is nonsensical. It’s counter-productive.
It will basically kill a lot of people and prolong the pandemic.
She should be fired.

Problem:
The homeless are being allowed to camp where wealthy people want the property devalued.
Reaction:
Property owners are motivated to sell at any price or simply abandon the property.
(Abandoning is probably preffered)
Solution:
The wealthy then acquire the properties at firesale/eminent domain prices or free.
The goal:
So they can develop another stack and pack apartment building complex to replace all those unprofitable private owned homes.
Thus:
The homeless may be being used as a tool for gentrification.
Problem-reaction-solution!
Yes, realized a similar, early version of that during my 2012-2017 stay @ Portland, OR. I called it The Section-8 fueled Govt-Developer-Banking Bulldozer to push Boomers/GenX out of homes in good but modest neighborhoods and into new mortgages, woke HOAs, and much higher property taxes.
But, as you (and Catherine Austin Fitts also) point out, TPTB can now achieve, with less paperwork hassle (and evidence), hidden policy by selective enforcement of municipal codes and State laws.

I also believe they are “vacating”downtowns in large cities to convert to apartments/condos as the rental society marches on…….
