I think this is a couple years old. Things like this are relatively common in Brazil.
The perp had a gun. The guy he was robbing was an off duty cop.
The cop did everything right. Instead of handing everything he had to the armed thief he drops it all on the floor. Skirts around the lady behind him, drawing his gun, comes back into the frame and puts a round in the guys chest close range. While the thief was picking up the valuables hes not paying attention to the cop, likely thought he was running away. The cop used the lady as a shield to conceal his draw. Wait your turn for a counter ambush because you cannot draw fast enough on a gun already out. Smart heads up solution.
Armed thief goes down and ends the robbery and future robberies. It IS a shame that people would risk their lives stupidly for a few babbles. But thems the chances you take when you make bad choices. And yeah, its a few years old this vid.

I watched it 6 times and am still bothered by the sheer lack of cognizance among the girl with the glasses on who ends up tripping over her stunned self. Only one fella seemed to grasp the danger on display.
