I apparently need more bacon grease and eggs!
Animal fats are good for you, so is butter and whole milk. Whole foods nothing from a box. What’s bad is seed oils vegetable oils canola oil cereal, corn syrup, etc. My uncle is almost 90 eats bacon and eggs daily and fries toast in bacon fat. Healthy as can be. I eat 3 to 4 eggs daily plus bacon, sausage, ham or spam. I’m a little overweight but am healthy and still agile can outwork younger guys easy plus could knock em out fast in a fight. Plenty of darker beers too.

I did some remodel work for a doctor he said he would avoid statins at all costs.
We eat a fair amount of Ezekiel bread. I hope that’s not as bad.
Sprouted grains are alive, so much better than just ground grain. It’s a great bread.
