They don’t stage these shootings for gun control …they want to put TSA type security everywhere including schools.
Yes L3 would love the trillion dollar contract for body scanners in every school per the Dept of Ed federal funding extortion program. But really the security State needs both.
Gun ‘control’ is not about simply taking away guns as much as it is about manipulating the perception of guns relative to the desired end-state.
A comparable is how they have destroyed the notion of privacy and ‘free’ speech. The young have no idea what it even means and are almost all on board with constant surveillance and hunting down “hate” in exchange for their pocket moloch and other saccharine treats on pleasure island. What do you have to hide old man?
The idea isn’t to simply take things away, but to instill the motivation to incrementally give things away in order to preserve the illusion of safety.
i.e. they can’t kick in doors to collect guns, but they can continue to marginalize those who have guns such that living their daily lives becomes increasingly complex and difficult and subject to risk of government entanglements so that people will voluntarily submit to ‘control’ so that their kids can go to school or band camp. see also “covid”.
