That is actually how they train to get someone to do something in an emergency. You don’t say “Can someone please call 911?”, you look them in the eye and command it. This kid has got it, and at an early age.
God, we could sure use a lot more like this among the young.

Judging by the way the driver looks, ya know – her phyzz & all, I bet she’s not going to like all that toxicity saving her when she sees the playback.
That boy put all those children at risk. He can’t possibly have a drivers license. And he certainly hasn’t been trained how to drive a bus. Is he paying insurance? Things are better left to the experts, son. Did this young adult even care about the drivers confidence or feelings? He didn’t even ask for consent or permission. I hope his parents start enforcing rules on him if they ever get him back from CPS. This boy is out of control with his toxic masculinity and self-righteous behavior. He needs to see a child psychiatrist who can prescribe the right medications to help him with his out of control behavior. No seatbelt and he isn’t even wearing a mask to help protect the driver, who is immune compromised most likely. A total psychopath with selfish tendencies. He even looks like Barron Trump so you know he will probably be a rapist when he gets older. Shame on our society for allowing Little Napoleons to think they can do as they please. For the record, I learned on emergency response class to say” You- call 911” to a specific person. If you ask Someone to do it, Everyone will think Someone Else is doing it.
We learned that psych trick in EMS training.
