The short answer is this: The Too Big To Fail banks are stealthily being given a total monopoly over the entire U.S. banking system because they have always been completely owned and operated by the Khazarian Cabal.
In this way, when CBDC is rolled out nationwide, there will be no smaller banks in the way of the Khazarian plan to eliminate all cash and coin from the street as well as from the American banking system. When the Act was passed in 1913 those state banks had gold deposits which backed the Federal Reserve’s debt. The Federal Reserve never had any gold deposits before or after it was created.
Now none of the chartered state banks have gold deposits but they still have shares in the Federal Reserve. The state banks not having gold deposits to insure this debt isn’t a problem for the Federal Reserve unless state banks run out of liquidity and start failing. But I’m sure the contagion with the regional banks is contained. Jamie Dimon, Janet Yellen, and Jim Cramer have all assured us everything is dandy.
