Not really sure why someone’s behavior in private should be criminal. Nobody else including businesses should lose their rights to do business as they see fit, everyone should be able to associate or not as they see fit, etc. though. Of course people could refuse to invest in etf’s which is how they get voting control over some companies. People who can should buy individual stocks and vote their shares annually.. I was awarded a few shares of a company’s stock with those shares being managed by a well known financial. I receive notifications listing potential board members but I have no clue who they are or what they are about and don’t care to delve into it so I can be sure I’m casting votes for the right people. I don’t vote. Regardless, ETF’s , individual stocks, whatever, they are all DOGS as far as I’m concerned.

It’s also been years since I even watched sports on tv, unless you count Shooting sports.

Have been a few times when given free tickets. Simply confirmed that I was right not to pay for the experience.
