For any that think this is not a plan ‘ on the books ‘ , a family member told me years ago an in person census worker asked them how many rooms were in their house. When asked why the worker said bluntly – ” So they can relocate people here in an ‘ emergency ‘.”
Complaints were made. No further visits happened , but it proves what Bracken is saying.
