So just how free IS Twitter nowadays?
Aside from this question as to Dr. Fauci’s status under international law, I’m told that “Twitter seems to be eliminating all comments unfavorable to Ukraine.” If you’ve found that to be true, please let me know.
A friend just posted the following on Telegram:
My account has been suspended for a tweet which read: “So it sounds like there’s an excellent case to be made that under international law Anthony Fauci should be executed. . . .” As the text of my tweet makes clear, I was not calling for the execution of Dr. Fauci, but merely pointing out, on the basis of the claim in the tweet to which I was responding, that a case could be made under international law that he conducted himself criminally.
My friend was responding to a tweet about this article:

The Twitter rule I am alleged to have violated reads: “You may not threaten, incite, glorify, or express a desire for harm or violence.” I did not threaten violence against Dr. Fauci, nor did I incite it, nor did I glorify it, nor did I express any desire for harm or violence against him or anyone related to him. Rather, I simply pointed out, on the basis of the claim made in the tweet to which I was responding, that a LEGAL CASE COULD BE MADE that Dr. Fauci had conducted himself in a capitally criminal manner under international law. I merely voiced my personal opinion on a hypothetical LEGAL argument expressed within the tweet to which I was responding. I did not say such a case HAD been made, or that it was irrefutable, I merely pointed out that, on the basis of the news item to which I was responding, that it “SOUNDED” to me as if it “COULD” be made.
I made an observation based entirely on a hypothetical. There was no threat, no incitement, no glorifying, and no expression of any desire for violence or harm against Dr. Fauci whatsoever. I merely made an OBSERVATION that a LEGAL argument COULD be made under international law (again, per the item to which I was responding) which SOUNDED to me like it had merit.
Again, I did NONE of the following: threaten to execute Dr. Fauci, say that he should be executed, say that I wanted him executed, or say that it would be a glorious thing if he was executed, nor did I in any way incite anyone to execute him. I simply expressed my opinion that, based upon the item I was responding to, a case COULD be made under international law Dr. Fauci had committed a grave crime.
It is clear from the context of my tweet that any hypothetical consequences potentially faced by Dr. Fauci would clearly have to follow from LEGAL PROCEEDINGS CONDUCTED UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW.
I also ended my statement with an ellipsis, clearly implying my understanding that this was not all there was to be said on so complex a matter.
I have been suspended for expressing a personal opinion on a legal argument outlined in the item to which I was responding. I am well within my legal rights to have expressed that opinion, and neither did my doing so violate Twitter …

And then, for no reason at all, the people started killing those responsible but immune to prosecution through regular channels due to the political corruption.

As if those who were ALSO in on the genocide plan would EVER provide the legal “structure” for such a trial to take place. Justice will only come in the streets if it comes at all (and after death of course).

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
