The largest teachers’ union in the nation, the NEA, has put out a recommended summer reading list that includes the book Gender Queer which has been at the center of the battle over “banned books” in schools because of its extremely sexually explicit illustrations and promotion of LGBT values.
In case you aren’t familiar with it, Gender Queer is a memoir written by an LGBT author and is controversial because it shows, for instance, illustrations of a minor performing oral sex. Like, isn’t that illegal??
In fact, the book is so obviously sexually explicit that if you read it at a school board meeting you’ll be silenced because of the graphic nature and even Democrats will accuse of sharing child porn if you show people what’s in the book.

The Nebraskan Republican Party took some flak for posting images from Maia Kobabe’s graphic novel Gender Queer. To be fair, the images depict what appear to be minors engaged in sexual acts and are highly inappropriate. However, as the book is available in school libraries around the state, it can’t possibly be child pornography…right?
But, anyways, this is the kind of smut the NEA wants your kids to be taught.
You know, for sign-tapping reasons.
The book was featured in the NEA’s “Great Summer Reads for Educators!” list that showcased 11 books.
Among those books are “White Fragility,” a book that insists that White Americans use anger, shame and guilt to avoid taking responsibility for racial inequality.
The job of the NEA is to train teachers and what they’re training them in is how to groom kids and expose them to radical gender theory and sexualization from a young age.
Then you have white fragility in there too because it’s also important to teach kids that all white people are racist and that America is evil.
This is who is in charge of your child’s education.
Protect your kids people, get them out of public schools.

Conservative states should ban the two Leftist Teachers Unions and promote the creation of a Conservative Teachers Union.

About a decade (?) ago, voters in Washington State proposed an initiative to have the sex education classes for 5th and 6th grade children modified so that their 10- and 11-year old children wouldn’t have to read the hard-core porn and watch the hard-core porn that was required by the syllabus.
The group proposing the initiative tried to insert language from some of the texts that these young children were required to read for the class into the Voters Pamphlet … and the Secretary of State for the State of Washington made them delete that language on the grounds that it was obscene.
The parents pushing the initiative tried to convince her that that was precisely their point … but she wouldn’t budge — so these youngsters had to read and watch the hard-core porn (later some schools allowed parents to opt their children out of the porn video portion) …
Textbook case of Catch-22
That’s because there are Jews pulling strings in that union.
It’s because of people handing their sovereignty to .gov, instead of homeschooling. There should be no teachers’ unions.
Only a massive defunding of public schools by means of pulling kids out, will stop this. Schools lose funding for every student who leaves.
This is the parents responsibility and whining at school board meetings or even running for school board and taking them over will not change it because a lot of funds comes from fedgov with strings attached.
The last 20 or 30 years have made it undeniable that the absolute worst treatment society has ever levied against homosexuals was well deserved, and probably far kinder than they deserve.
