I did not watch the video but understand some of the swarming tech. Its often the mobile dock that aids in the swarm comms to the swarm drones. Take that out and you take out the swarm. No point in swatting at the flies when one lead inoculant to the base ends the threat and a 338 can do that from a long distance away.
These evil SOB’s are ALWAYs thinking of newer ways to kill people, we’ll just have to be a little more inventive at counter measures. Sometimes it might mean sticking the tracker to a heat signature as a decoy, like in the Bourne movie. We all know that when these dirtballs show something for public consumption, its old tech or its fake propaganda to make you think you won’t have a chance to counter. like AI.

Definitely bird shot if you’re going with a standard 12 gauge platform. I’d suggest the same rounds you’d use to turkey hunt…something in a 4 or a 5 would work for blowing apart propellers and blinding optics. Possibly even setting off payloads…which you want to remember is a distinct possibility. Stay out of the blast radius.

I can’t speak for all, but I’d say most of us can imagine fairly equal, evil things to do to people. You may not be far off base. Turns out, my mind invented thousands of micro-drones about the size of a mosquito that can be dispatched with the ability to find a specific person and ‘sting’ them with a deadly dose of whatever. Only to learn in the last couple of years that is actually being developed. That’s not new to me. I’ve had ideas many times as an adult for a product that close to the same time was actually launched.
Be gray and don’t fight battles with them. Learn who thy are and kill them when they are on vacation having dinner. Then kill their wife. Don’t kill their dog.
