Continuity Of Government / FEMA / DOD
Mount Weather was designed in the early ’50s as part of a civil defense
program to house and protect the Executive branch of the Federal government. The official name was “The Continuity of Government Program. ”

“Executive Order 10995 provides for the takeover of the communica-
tions media.
Executive Order 10997 provides for the takeover of all electric, power,
petroleum, gas, fuels, and minerals.
Executive Order 10988 provides for the takeover of food resources and
farms.
Executive Order 10999 provides for the takeover of all modes of trans-
portation, control of highways, seaports, etc.
Executive Order 11000 provides for mobilization of all civilians into
work brigades under the Government supervision.
Executive Order 11001 provides for Governmental takeover of all
health, education and welfare functions.
Executive Order 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a
national registration of all persons.
Executive Order 11003 provides for the Government to take over
airports and aircraft.
Executive Order 11004 provides for the Housing and Finance Author-
ity to relocate communities, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish
new locations for populations.
Executive Order 11005 provides for the Government to take over
railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
Now, all of these were COMBINED under Nixon into one huge Execu-
tive order, which allows all of this to take place if the President declares a
national emergency and it can be implemented by the head of FEMA, NOT
BY THE PRESIDENT. The President has already given him that power
under these executive orders.
All of these were combined into Executive Order 11490 and that was
signed by President Carter on July 20,1979, and is, in fact, law.

No, the people must act. CONgress hasn’t worked for us for a very long time.

Congress must act? Is this a joke? The day that Congress does anything constructive, let alone reform or eliminate the Federal Reserve, is the day Hell freezes over. Even if they wanted to (which they don’t) they wouldn’t be able to. The NWO isn’t about to allow their main source of funding to be eliminated. It can create all the money it wants, out of thin air, to hire/bribe the politicians, journalists, lobbyists, private investigators, scientists, judges, foreign leaders, assassins, etc that it needs to accomplish its objectives. Without that ability the NWO would be nearly powerless. Bypassing or eliminating the Federal Reserve is a line that can’t be crossed. The main reason they blew JFK’s head off was because of his decision to have the Treasury Department issue money independently of the Federal Reserve.
There haven’t been United States Notes for a very long time. Money created out of thin air except without the usury.
It WOULD seem they have already acted!….my question is just WHO is going to do ALL this taking over??…..so they really expect people to just “que up?…
I understand the ideological takeover,at some point there HAS to be a PHYSICAL takeover!…that WILL prove difficult at best!
From what Americans have put up with since 1913, I would say we enjoy eating shit sandwiches and are going to continue eating them as life gets worse and worse. For all of the bitching people do, no ones apparently angry enough to create a network to protect the rebellion, collect Intelligence and identify targets, etc.
I don’t see anyone starting a revolt anytime soon and you can forget about the next generation (Gen Z) doing anything, they love tyranny.
Dennis, do you really think there are enough unbought members of congress to really correct the problems with the banking system? The system is in place until it collapses int a bloody pile of bodies. From there –who knows?

With the exception of a handful, Congress are all criminals and traitors. If you are holding your breath, waiting for them to do something about the corruption that makes them all rich, then you are going to suffocate. The US will never have a law abiding Congress until the Congress lives in fear of being assassinated for their treasonous activities.
It really IS about dual citizens in our government and their hidden agenda. Think about it. WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED?
