WHO PANDEMIC TREATY – UK Update – I emailed HMG Foreign & Colonial Office in January 2023 asking for their posture on the WHO Pandemic Treaty, the name of the person responsible, and whether HMG will accede to it. Here is their reply (my emphasis):
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your correspondence of 26 December about the proposed International instrument on pandemic preparedness, prevention and response, and proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations.
The Government is committed to strengthening pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. COVID-19 has demonstrated that a truly global solution is needed to better protect the UK and other countries around the world from the detrimental impacts of pandemics and other health threats.
As a result, the UK considers that a new legally-binding international instrument is necessary as part of a comprehensive approach to strengthening pandemic prevention, preparedness and response globally. This would complement the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) which the UK has already signed and endorsed.
Potential targeted amendments to the IHRs are being considered and negotiated by Member States of the World Health Organisation (WHO), including the UK. These are intended to improve the global health security framework to reflect the lessons learnt from the COVID-19 pandemic. UK Officials are engaging with the process to draft and negotiate the pandemic instrument and with proposals to amend the IHRs. Both processes are currently still in the early stages of discussion and not expected to be agreed before May 2024. WHO Member States have not yet agreed the content of the pandemic instrument which is still being developed; or which proposed amendments to the IHRs will be agreed and adopted. Accordingly, we cannot confirm details of the content of either the pandemic instrument or the IHR amendments at this stage.
Regarding the IHR amendment process, once amendments are adopted by the World Health Assembly, Member States can either reject the adopted amendments or submit reservations to them (within a set period). The UK is party to numerous multilateral treaties, including many through the United Nations (UN) and its specialised agencies such as the WHO. The Government has a strong commitment and duty to implement international law that it is subject to.
However, the Government has been clear that the UK would not sign up to any instrument that would compromise its ability to take domestic decisions on national restrictions or other national measures concerning public health. This includes lockdowns, domestic immunisation rollout, and other public health measures of this nature.
Decisions such as these will remain within the competency of individual WHO Member States. Any changes to or new domestic law required or considered appropriate to reflect international obligations and the ratification of a treaty, would be subject to parliamentary scrutiny.

NEWS FLASH – FLIGHTMARE! How odd that Britain’s first class, resilient Air Traffic Control (ATC) failed spectacularly on bank holiday Monday – the very worst day of the year for air travel. My own experience of these massive mainframe computer systems, like the IBM 9020 series used by ATC, are hybrid data servers designed to process trillions of web transactions daily with the highest levels of security and reliability. The U.N. policy acknowledges there are “no universally accepted definitions” of the term, “disinformation” but that the U.N.’s own definition refers to, “false information that is disseminated intentionally to cause serious social harm. The ability to disseminate large-scale disinformation to undermine scientifically established facts poses an existential risk to humanity and endangers democratic institutions and fundamental human rights.”
The UN Development Programme (UNDP) rolled out its automated fact-checking and anti-disinformation tool, iVerify, this spring. “Sorcery,” intriguingly, is pharmakeia in Greek, from which we derive our words “pharmacy” and “pharmaceutical.” Diviners, enchanters, witches, and sorcerers employed drugs and other potions to put them or their clients “in the spirit” so their “magic” would work. The drugs, then, came to stand for sorcery of all kinds.
The Greek word “pharmakeia” appears in Galatians 5:20 and Revelation 18:23. The same root word appears in Revelation 19:21, Revelation 21:8, and Revelation 22:15. These are all translated into English as “sorcery,” “witchcraft,” or “sorcerer.” But hearing the word sorcery we think of supernatural power and spells or a user of black magic. However, the Biblical use of “pharmakeia” doesn’t really fit well with the idea of sorcery. Rather, the term suggests various forms of drug abuse such as used in pagan worship, as an addiction, or as a poison used to kill, manipulate or control others.
Pharmakeia doesn’t map neatly onto the modern concept of pharmaceuticals, but the connection is clearly there. The word’s primary meaning is drug use – it came to be translated as “sorcery” because, at the time, the use of psychotropic substances was considered a dark art. Binding, clouding someone’s will with a potion went part and parcel with binding someone’s will with a spell. But nowadays, spells are still a superstition, and potions are a multi-billion dollar industry.

Your explanation is equally valid IMHO. I stand as a ‘Christian Deist’ in as much that I believe in universal power greater than I (Holy Spirit), but no more than this. I studied the Bible for 2 years under JW guidance and soon became aware of its cultist nature. They don’t even publish their financials – who knows who’s funding them!
Nevertheless this doesn’t defeat the teachings or the history in the Bible. There are many other books and records that explain the nature of the universe in their own appreciation but appear to be consistent – especially the East and China, with their oldest written records.

I won’t say who built the radar, where it was and what its’ name is but risk the consequences to confess 40 years later that it happened and why. That radar was a Maser Radar doing more than just tracking individual objects in geostationary orbits (22,223-22,236 miles high). It was powerful enough to allow a computer to produce an image of satellites which experts would study to try and determine the mission of the satellite (communications, spying, fractional orbiting bomb, etc). That was prior to 1983 when I left the USAF; 40 years later, Masers are common deployed weapons. I always wondered what could cause the damage of Zec 14:12. A Maser is a DEW Microwave Beam that upon striking a human would immediately turn the water of the body to steam and blast the flesh from the bones.
