It’s too bad they couldn’t institute and enforce a minimal brain activity level code. Quite a few on the left (and several on the right, also) would fail, most notably Festerman, Piglosi, Maxi-pad Waters, Not-Finestein, Hakeem Resting Bitch Face Jeffries, Mazie Hirono, Hank Guam Flipping Over Johnson, AOC, etc.
