What if its feint, to sell Brand as an msm outsider, and a champion of individual rights with skin in the game via his “obvious persecution” since speaking truth…..perhaps as the foundation for some media position Brand will be exalted into when the pendulum eventually swings hard right?

I didn’t know much about him other than he has always given off a strong dark-triad and master manipulator vibe and totally unrelated, women love him.
He is likely some variant of sociopath and has an amazing gift (or training) for the natural delivery of hypnosis/NLP techniques in his linguistic structuring, vocabulary, body language, etc.
The result is magnetism and charm. Which provide a lot of cover for his ability to further control every discussion and encounter with a subtle mastery that most of his counterparties would never suspect. This undoubtedly helped him drop panties well beyond what other middling funny guys with man-buns might expect.
Unlike that cartoon sketcher who has to tell you constantly he is a trained hypnotist and genius, Brand operates in that natural space where people can’t help but to *feel* moved by his very smart words even though most of the time it is complete nonsense covered in a savory gravy of exaggerated Essex boy accent.
It is no accident that men of this stature and skill can simply move 180 degrees on any subject overnight – or even the entirety of their “principled” foundation, without ever having to repent and ask for forgiveness, or explain how they came to be suddenly wearing a different uniform.
In fact, this fence hopping more often elevates them as some kind of thought leader and cultural arbiter. Perhaps sniffing out populist movements in their nascent state is another of his gifts. But just as likely is that he is a very talented tool that is tasked by some part of the cabal.
With notch counts like his there is undoubtedly some grey areas in his past, to put it mildly, but giving agency to the women who almost uniformly think he is some kind of magic man also reveals the awkward truth that comfort and acumen within the grey area is where the rubber hits the road between sexual alpha and beta-in-wait. i.e. consent is presumed.
But again, a past like that is full of leverage for his handlers and he is decidedly a media product. Great if he wakes some sheeple up or if he gives fits to some of his fellow cloud people but to imbue him with anything beyond that is falling into yet another fake and gay production.

That’s about as accurate as any analysis I’ve seen about the guy.
My instincts tell me that women who make these claims- especially the ones who were involved for months long relationships- don’t have a leg to stand on. You don’t go back to your rapists hotel room over and over if it was rape, do you? It’s like the old bear hunting joke, you’re not really here for the bear hunting, ar you? it also seems ridiculous to accuse someone of these kind of things ten or twenty years after the fact. Aren’t there statutes of limitations? What kind of evidence beyond the victim’s statement could there be at this point? It just seems bizarre, but whatever, that’s the world we live in now.
I also think that now that he is a father with daughters of his own that going along with this for some kind of unknown benefit to him is about as bad a deal as a man could make. I don’t get the feeling he’s in on it as some have suggested, but again, who knows, there are some really twisted people out there and he could be one of them.
What really stands out to me is that all of the people peripheral to his supposed behaviors during his heyday seemed to be cool with it, or at least didn’t think they should make waves. Why anyone would trust them to tell you about what a creep he was is beyond me. You knew all about it and you did nothing? You’re even creepier.
Listen, I know enough about show business and how women respond too men who are comics/entertainers to know that a guy with his kind of charisma never had to worry about finding willing participants in his sexual escapades whenever he wanted and the idea that these were all virginal innocents who had no idea what they were getting into is complete horseshit. Women are drawn to celebrity like bees to honey, even when a person isn’t much of a celebrity or even that magnetic. It is in fact a feature of the business and everyone who has ever been around it will confirm this, it is a perk of the trade.
And on the last point, Brand seems to have developed a sense of things being wrong, especially the way the flu hoax rolled out and he called it quite accurately. How that ability is used is up to those who hear the message. Most people are going to listen to him and maybe question what they think and that’s never a bad thing, but the idea that he’s being groomed as some kind of thought leader and movement catalyst? Really? I don’t see that at all.
I feel sorry for him for having to have his wife and daughters know this about him now and I bet he’s ashamed of it and will always regret it, but that’s the price you pay when you go down the road of licentious behavior and the libertine lifestyle. Seems like a good idea when you’re a young man, but is not something to be proud of when you mature.
But Bill Gates and Hillary Clinton can fly to Epstein’s Island dozens of times to rape children and not a word in the press about that, so…

Part of justly persecuting a person can be accomplished legitimately by first convincing them to call down evil [or otherwise “sin”] on another person, providing just cause to rain down evil/punish the one induced to sin.

What we know for sure is that the UK government, along with the MSM are guilty of persecution without proof.
No government in the western world can claim to respect the principal of innocence’s until proven guilt now. They are the totalitarian dictators and the authoritarian’s that they used to claim to condemn.
It is possible he is an actor playing a part, and the accusations are part of the show.
