Just getting around to listening to the selections. I like listening to them because there may be something I haven’t heard before & I’ll end up adding it to my playlist.
I just love Canon in D – it’s one of the most beautiful pieces of music ever. And, I love the grand piano – it’s one of the most beautiful instruments (harp, too). I’ve thought many times about purchasing a baby grand for my home just simply for the beauty of it & for the inspiration. BUT…can’t find one that is affordable, even used.
(Side note: if I were the stylist for that video, I would have chosen a different dress for the woman. It doesn’t work with this music, mood, etc. She has nice shoes, though. Details matter – I’m sure T4C would agree.)
On that note of beautiful romantic classical…I love this piece. It just sends strong vibes of passion, lust, & both love AND unrequited love.

I understand the objection to Halloween in part. All cultures have some kind of holiday where you can pretend to be something for a day. It’s the goriness of Halloween that spoils it. My little sweet, happy grandson just wants to pretend he’s a dinosaur for one day. Is that so bad?
