I made a bigass pot of meatball soup on Sunday. A meal a day for at least a week from this one. Cleaned all the leftover stuff out of the fridge & freezer. Do I count the original cost of the stuff, the replacement cost of the stuff, or count it as a credit because the stuff didn’t get 86ed into the dumpsters next week?
