Reading human beings is probably one of the most efficient sense we possess and it works quite well if we allow it to. Yes, there are types of social conditioning we have to overcome, like fear of being thought of as a racist, homophobe, anti-semite, sexist, etc. but that is something you don’t have to disclose openly if it threatens your job or social standing. Keep it to yourself, but exercise that judgement nonetheless.
Everyone in that video reveals alarming levels of duplicity and other deeply unsettling behaviors that barely conceal their ineptitude, insecurities, and deeply held resentments. Their laughter, for example, is not in synch with the topic they are discussing in the second clip. Their eye movements are furtive and demonstrate their anxiousness with the discussion and the way they look outwardly has already given you ample evidence of someone who must have a boatload of psychological baggage from their early development that has metastasized into their current state.
I only listen to them insomuch as I would a weather report. It gives me ample warning of any threat I should prepare for, but beyond that I have zero effect on whatever plans they may have, so I work on my own.

I heard an exchange once between two people where one said to the other, “Don’t give me that look”. The other person said, “I can’t help how I look. You’re putting me down because of my appearance”. That is gaslighting, obviously. People may not have any control over their facial features, but facial expressions are voluntary.
Ugliness can be due to voluntary facial expressions, while facial features may be considered ugly by one person and attractive by another.
