In the NY School District, as of about 4 years ago, prospective teachers don’t have to pass a literacy test — i.e., they don’t have to show proficiency in reading, writing or understanding English.
In Baltimore, 2022, one kid was graduating from one of the ‘designer’ art schools with a 0.37 GPA … he had passed only 3 classes in his 4 years of high school, all with a ‘D’ … and was ranked 61st out of 120 kids in his class …
Number’s much higher if you replace adults with blacks (or illegal aliens for that matter).
