Where I work (critical supply chain) our HR department keeps hiring (a certain ethnicity).- Everything they do is self motivated, even at the detriment to the business and co-workers; to either make their job easier (so they can slack), or to try and make themselves look better (while performing less work).
Who do you think this cost is passed on toward? Co-workers are harmed with management implementing policies ‘trying to increase productivity’ and the cost to customers is increased, which is ultimately thrown onto the consumer.
Since the above business is referencing the food supply-chain (and doesn’t even account for increasing costs from the source) as this gets worse the end result is going to be higher and higher food prices.
The immigration is pandering to the lowest of the low from foreign countries- we aren’t getting people who contribute to society, but those who are a detriment to it. All by design of course…
