Excellent.
We spent last evening celebrating three birthdays around a very large kitchen table set for fifteen in the home of our our close Amish friends.
Of the fifteen eight were their children age’s 8 thru 23.
We ate blueberry pancakes, pork sausage, bacon, and for desert banana creme pie and pecan bars with vanilla ice cream and coffee.
Songs were sung, jokes and stories told, magic tricks done, games played and life in general discussed around the large wood burning stove top and oven in the center of their house.
Large smiles and great laughter could be seen and heard throughout the visit.
It was an evening to remember. God willing there will be many more to come.
