British troops in Ukraine would be ‘declaration of war’ – Medvedev

Via RT

The former Russian president was reacting to the imminent signing of a security agreement between London and Kiev

Moscow would consider the open deployment of British troops to Ukraine as a “declaration of war,” former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has warned. He was responding to a visit to Kiev on Friday by UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who is set to sign a security agreement with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

Sunak’s arrival in the Ukrainian capital is meant to “set out a major new package of support and reaffirm the close UK-Ukraine partnership,” his office said in a statement. The security document is a follow-up to agreements reached by G7 and NATO members last year, it noted. The statement did not mention any plans for a British military deployment in Ukraine.

“[The deal] formalizes a range of support the UK has been and will continue to provide for Ukraine’s security, including intelligence sharing, cyber security, medical and military training, and defense industrial cooperation,” Downing Street said.

Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chair of the Russian Security Council, issued his warning in a social media post.

The British government has pledged £2.5 billion ($3.2 billion) in military aid to Ukraine over the next two years, including in the form of thousands of military drones, which London said will be the largest of their kind ever received by Kiev. Most of the UAVs will be made in the UK, the announcement added.

The UK has been a key supporter of Kiev’s war effort against Russia. Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson reportedly played a significant role in derailing a nascent truce that Kiev and Moscow had negotiated in the early months of the hostilities in 2022, although he has denied ordering the Ukrainian government to keep fighting.

Moscow has on several occasions accused the UK of helping Ukraine organize attacks against Russia, particularly in the Black Sea. The Russian Defense Ministry has claimed that British military personnel already have a presence in Ukraine.

Ya think?

Maybe they start by not selling billions of dollars worth of energy to Britain in the middle of conflict which sees the Brits sending weapons to Ukraine to kill Russians.

If this were a real war, that probably wouldn’t be a thing, amirite?

Yes OC, Wikipedia says:
“The British Army is the principal land warfare force of the United Kingdom, a part of the British Armed Forces along with the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force. As of 1 October 2023, the British Army comprises 75,983 regular full-time personnel, 4,097 Gurkhas, 26,546 volunteer reserve personnel, and 4,548 “other personnel”, for a total of 111,174.” BUT

” As a rough estimate, about 15% of most militaries are primary combat fighters, so on average it takes 5 to 6 personnel to support one soldier.”

When I worked at HMG War Office in the 1960s the number of support staff was much more because of low tech. We had typists on the frontline listing the daily ordnance needs and paperwork to drown in!

Money doesnt purchase anything that doesnt exist. Where in the world is there $3B of any armaments? Where are they going to create these armaments? Who is going to provide the chemicals for combustibles and incendiaries? Who is going to provide the chips for any tech systems? Training? …etc… etc…

It is all b.s. to funnel the money back to the western countries to implement additional surveillance over the western nations and pay to create/subsidize the ‘green’ agenda. None of this is for Ukraine (not that it would matter at this point).

Jeez… I must not have a good handle on things. Britain feminized their native men, aborted them, encouraged them to cut their nuts off, imprisoned most of the resistors and wants troops? Out of what? The Moslem invader? They ain’t coming for to support old blighty, they’re sucking the teat only. Not to mention the IQ problem, they can pull the trigger but have no concept how to clean, much less repair, the weapon. On the subject of weapons, Britain isn’t manufacturing shit in the way of weapons, and that IQ problem’s gonna come up again in ramping up production. A manufacturing plant can only use so many janitors and parking attendants.

So, yeah… there’s that…

NATO has a presence in Ukraine via equipment and logistics

The West Finally Starts Rolling Out the Big Guns for Ukraine

and there are US troops in the country,https://responsiblestatecraft.org/2023/04/18/just-how-many-us-troops-and-spies-do-we-have-in-ukraine/; all to no avail. Fork time, Ukraine is done.
The US is at war on so many fronts it’s just not the direct head to head US/ NATO vs Russia stage in Ukraine. Meanwhile in Yemen the US supported the Saudis who were fighting a proxy war there but now the UK and US are actively engaged attacking the Houthis. Given the current downward trajectory of things for the US Empire does anyone think things will turn out well?
When a relevant Russian official states UK troops on the ground in Ukraine would be considered an act of war, things do not look promising. As we are witnessing, Russia is not impotent and the world is rapidly taking sides (look at the recent BRICS expansion) and the US/UK/NATO/Five Eyes axis of insanity is not the team the Global South, Asia and many Arab nations want to play with or join!

if medvedev doesn’t already recognize that he is in a state of war with the uk, he is a moron. the british are sending jukraine long range missiles, and this fucktard is trying to determine if there is a declaration of war.
