There are some shocking authenticated revelations from BOOM this week which will shock you to the core!

BOOM EDITORIAL THIS WEEK

The official narrative from the WEF (the so-called “World Economic Forum”), the IPCC (the so-called Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), and almost all national Western governments is that “clean energy” and fake meat (‘ze bugs’) are the future. Of course, the politicians have not bothered to check if such ideas are commercially, technically or socially viable in the long term. They leave that to the technocrats who blindly follow the WEF and the IPCC.  Critical thinking is absent in the halls of power.

However, investors have thought for them as they are risking their money and they are rapidly abandoning ship. Over the last six months in the United States, so-called “clean” energy stocks have lost US$30bn in value. Bloomberg ran an article on this last week and they produced this chart which compares the “clean energy” stocks to the “dirty” energy sector.

Clean Energy Versus Oil and Gas – In the chart, Oil and Gas stocks are represented by the blue line. The “Clean Energy Index” is the black line. Investors in energy are clearly preferring the traditional energy sector to the “Gee Whiz” clean energy sector. The Dream is Over. Reality will soon strike.

TESLA GETS HIT.  BOOM has previously pointed out that Tesla has been the only company in the “alternative energy” field still displaying strong investor support. Just three short weeks ago on Christmas Eve, 24th December, BOOM wrote:

“Tesla is the exception. It is making electric cars and, so far, it is bucking the trend with shareholders remaining faithful. It has been a great investment for those who got in early. However, its share price has been in a downtrend for the last two years and its revenue and market capitalization seem disconnected from financial reality. It has, by far and away, the largest market capitalisation “value” in the electric car sector at US$809bn.

BOOM feels that this valuation is extremely optimistic and is watching closely for any sign that may indicate investors’ loss of enthusiasm and trust.”

That loss of enthusiasm may have already occurred. Tesla shares were hit hard last week, down almost 8%.  The market capitalisation of the company has fallen to $755bn. Over the last three weeks, the shares have fallen by 16%.

Meanwhile, Hertz Rental in the US has announced a sell-off of 20,000 electric cars. Hertz is selling some Tesla Model 3 cars for as low as $20,000, nearly half their purchase price. Perhaps the Dream is over? Has reality struck?

CHAPTER ONE – DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE — FROM ALICE IN WONDERLAND.  “I am under no obligation to make sense to you.” said the Mad Hatter, “If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn’t.” Alice replied, “It would be so nice if something made sense for a change.” said Alice.

IS AMERICA A DICTATORSHIP? — HAS THE US GOVERNMENT LOST CONTROL?  WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE?  VACCINATIONS AND THE MILITARY – IS THIS TREASON?  Over the last week, we have learned that, for four days in early January, the man in charge of the US military, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, was in Walter Reed Military Hospital suffering from severe pain and nausea.

The President (Commander in Chief) was not informed of this. The National Security Adviser did not know. And now it appears that Deputy Defense Secretary, Kathleen Hicks, was in charge but was on holiday at a beach resort hotel. Some reports say that she was not aware of Austin’s hospitalisation. Others differ.

BOOM has been worried about this matter for some years, especially regarding the so-called Covid “vaccines” (or, more correctly described (“countermeasures”) which appear to be under the control of the US Department of Defense and not, as we have been led to believe, the pharmaceutical manufacturing companies (who appear to be simply sub-contractors to the DoD).

The same question could be asked of NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation). Who is really in charge? Jens Stoltenberg, from Norway, has supposedly been the head of NATO for the last 10 years, a man with no military background. He worked as a journalist for three years and was the leader of the Worker’s Youth League in Norway before becoming a socialist politician and then Prime Minister. He has almost no experience in the real world outside government circles. He has no background in military command, medicine or science but he is known to be a keen supporter of the vaccination industry.

Who (exactly) does Jens Stoltenberg answer to as head of the vast military operation called NATO? The NATO Budget is 27% provided by the United States and the UK combined.  Another 26% is provided by Germany and France combined. So, Germany, the USA, the UK and France together provide 53% of the Budget. They are Jens Stoltenberg’s controllers. This is all effected through the North Atlantic Council which is the principal political decision-making body within NATO.

It is important to note that this body called the North Atlantic Council is completely (?) separate from The Atlantic Council which is an American think tank in the field of international affairs, founded in 1961 and headquartered in Washington DC.

The funding of The Atlantic Council “think tank” is of some peripheral interest from a Geopolitical viewpoint. Wikipedia provides this background information. Note the financial contributions from Facebook, the UAE, Goldman Sachs, and the Rockefeller Foundation. Money seems to talk.

“In 2015 and 2016, the three largest donors, giving over USD 1 million each, were US millionaire Adrienne Arsht (executive vice chair), Lebanese billionaire Bahaa Hariri (estranged brother of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri), and the United Arab Emirates. The Ukrainian oligarch-run Burisma Holdings donated $100,000 per year for three years to the Atlantic Council starting in 2016. The full list of financial sponsors includes many military, financial, and corporate concerns.

The leading donors in 2018 were Facebook and the British government. In 2021, the founding donor was Adrienne Arsht and donors giving more than $1 million were the American Securities Foundation, Bahaa Hariri, Embassy of the United Arab Emirates, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.”

However, enough of that rabbit hole, let us return to the dots that connect the US Department of Defense, Norway, NATO, and Covid Vaccinations.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s major organisation to promote vaccination, CEPI, was founded and based in Norway. CEPI stands for the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations. At its launch in 2017, CEPI announced that Norway was its largest source of funding.

Curiously, the Chair of the Board of CEPI also sat on the Executive Board of the World Health Organization (2004–2007), President of the World Health Assembly (2007), Chair of the Executive Board of WHO, and Chair of the OECD Health Committee (2007–2012).

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s other pro-vaccination NGO is called GAVI, based in Switzerland – the “Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization”. Norway is its 4th largest funding arm.

The GAVI Website offers the following information on funding: “Australia is Gavi’s second-largest donor” after the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  As a founding partner of Gavi, Australia has made several commitments, totalling over US$1bn. Australia has been a donor to GAVI since 2006. As a founding partner of Gavi, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has made several commitments to Gavi, totalling US$4.1bn to date.

The (WHO) World Health Organisation is funded partly by its Member Nations. The total national “assessed contributions payable” to the WHO annual budget in 2021 was US$240 million. However, the annual budget of the WHO for 2020 – 2021 was far greater. The “Assessed Contributions” do not make up the majority of the funding. That is left to “Voluntary Contributions”.

The Total Budget for 2021 was US$5,840.4 million and $5,164 million of that came from “Voluntary Contributions”.  Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation provided US$592.3 million and the Gavi Alliance US$413.2 million for a total in just one year of $1bn. In other words, almost 20% of the WHO Budget came from those two closely connected sources.

THE MILITARY — THE LAW – DICTATORSHIP – MEDICAL FASCISM?  Now, let’s take a look at who controls the United States of America. Here are some excerpts are taken directly from Katherine Watt’s Substack, ‘Bailiwick News’. They are reproduced here to stimulate discussion globally at the highest levels.

The first article, dated 11^th January 2024, has a lengthy title: “On international and US legal instruments governing “adjustment of domestic legislative and administrative arrangements” and exercise of political authority during declared public health emergencies.”  QUOTE: Defining the Dictatorship of the United States:

“My understanding is that all officers of US federal and state governments are subordinated to the US Secretary of Health and Human Services for the duration of any ‘public health emergency,’ as unilaterally declared by the HHS Secretary, using authority placed in his hands through domestic kill-box laws enacted through the mechanisms of Congressional votes and presidential signatures.”

“The HHS Secretary himself, and the US federal and state government officials he controls for the duration of any declared ‘public health emergency,’ are subordinated to the UN and WHO, under the terms of international agreements adopted and sustained by the mechanism of silence/inaction/non-rejection/non-withdrawal by Congress, presidents, federal and state courts, and state legislatures.”

“The HHS Secretary serves two functions: he’s an administrator, tasked by his United Nations supervisors with implementing and directing UN-WHO military-public health policies and programs in the US, and he’s a dictator in his relationship to other branches and officers of the US government, the governments of the 50 states, and the people.”

So – in a “public health emergency”, who is “the dictator” of the United States?

Xavier Becerra, born January 26, 1958 is an American lawyer and politician serving as the 25th United States Secretary of Health and Human Services since March 2021.  QUOTE (again from Bailiwick News Substack): Defining the Military Attack:

• “The WHO is a military branch of the United Nations;
• The UN is engaged in a military attack on the world’s people under ‘public health emergency’ pretexts, using totalitarian policies and programs (informational, surveillance, testing, masking, social distancing); military, law enforcement, and public health proxies (DoD-directed biological weapons manufacturers, FDA officials, pharmacists, and nurses) and toxic products (poisons/weapons) that are falsely presented as medicinal treatments; and
• National governments legally can and prudently should withdraw from the United Nations and the World Health Organization, under their own domestic laws and Article 62 of the Vienna Convention on Treaties, due to the “fundamental change of circumstances:” public understanding of the two preceding facts gained through the Covid-19 events that have occurred since January 2020. ”QUOTE: “I think US domestic law has already transferred sovereign government functions to the United Nations World Health Organization, such that current IHR amendments, (if the United States remains a UN and WHO member), and when they enter into force, will increase the speed, expand the scope and strengthen the force of the geopolitical coup that has already taken place.”

QUOTE: “The US federal and state government officials — for so long as they silently defer to illegitimate, unconstitutional international legal instruments and domestic, implementing kill-box laws — are subordinate to the HHS Secretary during a public health emergency.

And the HHS Secretary and all other US federal and state government officials are subordinate to the UN-WHO — for so long as they silently defer to illegitimate, unconstitutional international legal instruments — under the terms of international treaties and other “binding instruments of international law.”  Sources

Another Katherine Watt article dated 29^th April 2022 is titled, “American Domestic Bioterrorism Program” building the case to prosecute members of Congress, presidents, HHS and DOD secretaries, and federal judges for treason under 18 USC 2381.

I’ve reported on those findings in small bits and pieces, connecting the laws to court cases, executive orders, guidance documents for industry and researchers, academic papers, intellectual property patents, regulatory amendments, psychological manipulation programs, geopolitical developments and other facts as they’ve floated across my field of view.

I think the critical decay began around 1983, when the ‘public health emergencies’ section was added to the 1944 Public Health Service Act, although the 1944 PHSA itself represented an additional militarization of human medicine in the United States.  Most of the worst laws have been passed since 2000 — just before 9/11 and the US Department of Defense false flag anthrax attacks.

They are listed below, with links to the full text of each law, and a short summary of what I understand about how each one fits into the overall scheme.

The basic goal of the architects, which has been achieved, was to set up legal conditions in which all governing power in the United States could be automatically transferred from the citizens and the three Constitutional branches into the two hands of the Health and Human Services Secretary, effective at the moment the HHS Secretary himself declared a public health emergency, legally transforming free citizens into enslaved subjects.

That happened on Jan. 31, 2020, in effect as of Jan. 27, 2020, through the present day.

In other words: Congress and U.S. presidents legalized and funded the overthrow of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. government, and the American people, through a massive domestic bioterrorism program re-labelled as a public health program, conducted by the HHS Secretary and Secretary of Defense on behalf of the World Health Organization and its financial backers.” UNQUOTE

“CURIOUSIER AND CURIOUSIER”, SAID ALICE (IN WONDERLAND) – SO WHAT IS THE REAL TRUTH?  In summary, if all of this is correctly observed by the author of Bailiwick News, who is a hardworking, meticulous, legal researcher, then there appear to be rather curious connections between Norway, Australia, Switzerland, and the pro-vaccination Gates groups of CEPI and GAVI.

There is another curious arrangement that makes the Director of the US Health and Human Services Department an effective dictator of the US whenever he/she declares a “State of Emergency” when directed to do so by the Head of the WHO (World Health Organisation).

The Head of the WHO is not subject to any election by the people of any nation. He/she is selected and appointed, not elected.

Curiously, this appears to make the Head of the WHO a global Dictator with no real democratic checks or balances. That person is currently an ex-Ethiopian politician, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus who was previously associated with the Tigray Peoples Liberation Front which is described by Wikipedia as a left-wing, Marxist-inspired, ethnic nationalist paramilitary group, and which has been classified as a terrorist organisation since 2021 by the Ethiopian Government.

And, EVEN more curiously, Operation Warp Speed (OWS) is a “public–private partnership” initiated by Donald Trump and the United States government to facilitate and accelerate the development, manufacturing, and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics. The program is designed to promote mass production of multiple vaccines, and different types of vaccine technologies, based on preliminary evidence, allowing for faster distribution if clinical trials confirm one of the vaccines is safe and effective.

‘Operation Warp Speed’, was initially funded with about $10Bn from the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) passed by the United States Congress on March 27, 2020. It is described as “an inter-agency program” that includes components of the Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA); the Department of Defense; private firms; and other federal agencies, including the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Is this curious? Or understandable? Does this smell like a coup of the US command structure, engineered by foreign entities?  So – you see – it all just gets Curiouser and Curiouser as you go deeper and deeper into the rabbit hole.

MEANWHILE – ANTHONY FAUCI CAN’T REMEMBER MUCH — HE HAS (FINALLY) APPEARED BEFORE A CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEE IN

WASHINGTON DC.  Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) issued the following statement after day one of Dr Anthony Fauci’s two-day, 14-hour transcribed interview:

QUOTE: “Dr Fauci’s testimony today uncovered drastic and systemic failures in America’s public health systems. While leading the nation’s COVID-19 response and influencing public narratives, he simultaneously had no idea what was happening under his own jurisdiction at NIAID.

Dr Fauci signed off on all domestic and foreign research grants without reviewing the proposals and admitted that he was unaware if NIAID conducted oversight of the laboratories they fund. Clearly, the American people and the United States government are operating with completely different expectations about the responsibilities of our public health leaders and the accountability of our public health agencies.

It is also concerning that the face of our nation’s response to the world’s worst public health crisis ‘does not recall’ key details about COVID-19 origins and pandemic-era policies. Nearly 1.2 million Americans lost their lives to a potentially preventable pandemic. I look forward to asking Dr Fauci further questions about mandates, his role in prompting the ‘Proximal Origin’ publication, and his policy positions related to masks and lockdowns. Tomorrow’s testimony will continue the Select Subcommittee’s effort to deliver the answers Americans demand and deserve.”  Key takeaways from Day 1 of Dr Fauci’s transcribed interview:

• Dr. Fauci claimed he “did not recall” pertinent COVID-19 information or conversations more than 100 times.
• Dr. Fauci profusely defended his previous Congressional testimony where he stated NIH does not fund gain-of-function research in Wuhan.
• He repeatedly played semantics with the definition of gain-of-function in an attempt to avoid conceding that NIH funded potentially dangerous research in China.
• Dr Fauci testified that he signed off on every foreign and domestic NIAID grant without reviewing the proposals.
• A 2020 email, previously released by the Select Subcommittee, proved Dr.Fauci was aware of dangerous gain-of-function research occurring in Wuhan, China. Today, he backtracked by arguing he should not have stated that as “fact.”
