Texas has been doing the work the Biden administration refused to do: securing the US-Mexico border against invasion. They erected fencing only for Biden’s border minions to tear it down. They put buoy barriers in the river to stop people from crossing, but these, too, Biden’s border guards took down at his order. They even took the case to the Supreme Court to ask them to tell Texas to back off and let the illegal immigrants flood in.
In a completely absurd ruling, the Supreme Court sided with Biden and said that federal officials may cut the wire barrier put up by Texas to protect their state and, in turn, the entire nation from invasion. It was a 5-4 ruling overturning a lower court ruling that Biden could, indeed, cut the razor wire. Conservative justices, including Amy Coney Barrett, ruled against the state in allowing the appeals court ruling to stand. Texas is appealing, arguments will be heard February 7, there will be more lawfare between Texas and Biden, and for sure, the case is not closed.
It’s possible that the Supreme Court is attempting to put power back in the hands of the legislatures, and not the courts or federal agencies, as they did with the Dobbs ruling, EPA v West Virginia, or as oral arguments indicated they may rule in the challenge to Chevron deference.
But until then, Texas, and the nation, are just open to the wolves at the door who seek to destroy the border and America.
Literally what the hell.
After the Supreme Court vacated the injunction, saying only “The application to vacate injunction presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is granted,” Texas said no. By then, Texas National Guard had taken up a strong position at a major border crossing. They were keeping Biden’s border agents out and erecting more razor wire, which the White House said was “getting in the way,” which of course, for Texas, was the point.
Article IV, Section IV of the Constitution points out, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
“Shall protect against invasion.” Those are the wise words used. Yet for Joe Biden and his handlers, the words mean nothing. The Supreme Court has deferred to a pending decision by a lower court. All entities but Texas abandoned their sacred duty to uphold the laws of the US. The US border open and available for trespass.
Texas pointed this out with a full-throated defense of their border and their state’s rights. “The failure of the Biden administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV section 4 has triggered Article 1, section 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense.”
It’s no wonder that so many states have said they back Texas, with Utah, West Virginia, Virginia, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Tennessee all saying they support Abbott.
If Biden cared as much about literal, invading trespassers into the United States as he and his DOJ cared about the patriotic Americans who spoke up on J6, petitioning their government for a redress of grievances, the United States would not be buckling under the burden of some 10,000,000 illegal immigrants who have come through since Biden took the White House. Many of these have been processed and released into the US by Biden’s border agents, the rest have got away.
Biden’s border agents will go out there and cut the wire anywhere they are able. They will spend more time processing illegal immigrants for unlawful entry into this country than they do securing the border. And cities like New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and others will bear the responsibility to feed, clothe, house and find work for people who probably should have stayed home.
DHS has already admitted that most of those who have applied for asylum will not be granted it due to their lack of eligibility, but they let them in anyway. The officials know that human trafficking is rampant at the border, that the Flores Settlement has created policies where coming across the border with children is a “golden ticket” for adults. DHS has admitted that the so-called sponsors to whom unaccompanied children are handed off have not been vetted. Drugs come across illegally and kill our young adults in massive numbers.
But when Texas goes and does the work of the nation, the Supreme Court tells them to wait just a little longer for another ruling that will be likely appealed and appealed again, and gives Biden the green light to rip the border open. It is frankly absurd.
Neither the court nor Biden has the legal right to decide that the country is open to invading armies of young men from all across the world, to drug cartels, and to human traffickers. Biden says he believes Congress should act, and likely the Court would prefer that as well. But with Democrats holding up the works in the Senate, and Biden the one wielding the mighty veto sword, there is no hope at all that any action will get taken at all.
One begins to wonder if the end goal to this mass influx isn’t going to be a total amnesty for all those who broke national and state laws by entering the country illegally, ditching their IDs at the border, and claiming asylum or refugee status. Court dates being given out by border agents to rule on asylum cases are five or more years into the future.
Governor Greg Abbott brought in his own National Guard, the troops of Texas, to secure the border from the literal invasion that is taking place. Biden’s DHS took Texas to court saying that they had no right to secure that national barrier, or their state barrier which lies along the same lines, because that work is for the federal government to do. But the federal government isn’t doing it.
Those troops have held a park near Eagle Pass to prevent illegal immigrants from entry. They are arresting illegal immigrants who have entered illegally for that very crime. Biden’s border agents are pissed—they want access to the border, they want to help more cartel-backed illegal immigrants into the country, to see further explosion of sex trafficking of children, of drug trafficking to American citizens.
Texas’ actions at the border will decide the fate of the nation. If they hold to their position of self-defense, if they protect the nation against invasion, if Biden loses in another appeal, the nation will be better off for their actions. If, however, Biden’s border agents and the troops of the National Guard clash, if Biden attempts to seize Texas’ Guard, or if other states send their National Guards in to help Abbott in his fight to save Texas, America will face her worst enemy: internal strife and conflagration.

Initially, Gov. Abbott deferred to local officials for COVID precaution closures. Then, on March 19, 2020, he issued an executive order temporarily closing schools, bars, and gyms, along with restricting visits to nursing homes and long-term care facilities. Additionally, restaurants could no longer welcome dine-in customers, though the Governor’s order “allowed and highly encouraged” takeout and drive-thru food sales.
So razor I guess the public schools in Kaufman and Henderson were full of students during this time frame? Somehow I don’t believe that. Lockdown per Abbott. I highly doubt colleges in the areas you mention were packed with students either. I know kids that attended TAM Texarkana that had to complete their senior year online. Locked down.
Further, per wiki, “On March 26, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Texas exceeded 1,000,[1] and Abbott mandated visitors flying from Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and New Orleans, Louisiana, to self-quarantine for 14 days.[45] “.

Finally, the Society’s Iranian logo may well be a hidden reference to the reconstruction of the world order in line with international oil interests. The Anglo-Iranian Oil Company (later British Petroleum) was among the corporate members of the Royal Institute of International Affairs, a.k.a. Chatham House (King-Hall, p. 140), an organization co-founded by members of the Fabian Society and the Society has retained close links to oil interests (see below).

The invaders will keep coming in through communist-run CA, NM, and AZ, so even if TX were to completely stop the invasion through TX, the invasion of the USA will continue. The USA public loses, while the invaders keep on winning. The only thing that changes with invaders not coming in through TX, is that the TX ranchers have fewer disturbances on their private property. TX residents will continue to lose, and Abbott knows this. Abbott knows that the DFW and Houston metro areas are 2 of the top 5 destinations nationwide for the invaders. The invaders will still go to their final destinations there, but instead of leaving from El Paso, McAllen, Harlingen or Brownsville airports and bus terminals, they will instead get plane tickets from San Diego, Tuscon and Phoenix. The end result is virtually the same, and the replacement migration continues unabated. This is just a ploy by WEF Abbott and friends that is designed to confuse the low-IQ people out there. These voters aren’t smart enough to know that Abbott and most (if not all) of the supporting Governors are make-believe conservatives, so they put on a show that convinces their voting base that they are conservatives worthy of their vote. It’s thus just a political ploy, and does nothing to stop the invasion.

My sense is that this is a moment much like those of the OrangeMan era. The first one.
Not so much about moving the behemoth, because the legal and procedural angling and political posturing within the system just doesn’t break the cultural and spiritual spell of the captured minds of Heritage America.
But inching the overton, animating the normiecons to smash their heads against the Constitution yet again, and thrusting “immigration” into the public discourse are all things that can lead to some fraction of the people stepping across the great divide for good.

I’m not sure yet what is going on in Texas, i.e., is it real opposition or just theater (although I suspect it is theater), but I do know that whatever the outcome is it will be what the NWO wants. They are causing or at least allowing those events to happen because the outcome will facilitate their Agenda 2030 goals.
