The Earth cooled 2°C from the years 1300-1800 due to the sun going quiet and was a brutally cold time called the Little Ice Age.
In 1800 the sun woke back up and we regained the 2° C we lost. CO2 has never driven the temperature of Earth, and never will. It’s only 0.04% of the Earth’s atmosphere.

Do you believe that chart? I mean, seriously, you think that they can, with any accuracy, figure out the CO2 level in the atmosphere hundreds of thousands of years ago?
Our son farted while we were all in the car today, to much amusement. (when do they outgrow the potty humor? Maybe at 60?) I measured the air with my nose and found that the CO2 level in the car increased by about 0.02ppm. I am not even talking about the methane. I think he might be a GMO calf. In any case, I trust my senses more than that chart.
