SCOTUS smashes Colorado’s “case” on Trump (and, along with it, the “insurrection” narrative)

Guest Post by Mark Crispin Miller

Kagan, Jackson seemed to share the doubts of the conservative majority as to this latest “liberal” effort to condemn both Trump and those Americans who’d vote for him to “civil death”

Regardless of your take on Trump, or anybody else’s, the Court was somehow overtaken by lucidity—a rare thing in Year 4 of the “COVID crisis.”

We will be in even hotter, deeper, rancid water, when Clarence Thomas leaves the court.

The facts are, the Supremes have no teeth. The only thing that makes they’re decision mater is a willingness of the fed and state Governments to oblige. We are starting to see “defiance” in the blue states, where state and federal government is ignoring the rulings of the supreme court. Revolution is born out of this type of anarchy, the rule of law is dead in America. If we want to enjoy our rights as freemen, then we will have to fight for that privilege or be bound in chains.

We’ve been seeing defiance of SCOTUS decisions even in the White House …

There has been defiance of the SC ever since John Marshall invented the “power” of judicial review. The SCOTUS is hardly a bulwark against anarchy, nor is it any kid of representation of the rule of law. Do as you like, but I’m not about to fight for the right of the Supremes to tell everyone what the law says or doesn’t say.

The country should discard the electoral college votes from Colorado for the next five elections for their shameful interference of the 2024 election.

So the case has been heard. Now comes the bribes and threats of extortion. Don’t be surprised if this isn’t so cut and dried. The theater continues…

Someone could be found deceased after a shotgun blast 40 feet away determined to be self inflicted suicide.
