I remember Bannon saying words to that effect all the time when he was hosting Breitbart News Daily on Sirius before he joined the Trump Campaign. I would have added: Y’know eventually if and when it gets to the point that voting ourselves out of this insanity is no longer possible, we are going to have to start outright killing these people who have brought this societal collapse to our doorstep be they elected politicians, un-elected bureaucrats or the useful idiot like minded ideologically captured drones some of which are your family members, friends and co-workers.

I disagree about central banks and inflation. Banks are not insane and inflation is not negligence. The PTB controls the central banks to print money out of thin air. They use that free money to buy title to the real assets of the world. They know that it will collapse but are stealing everything they can before that happens.
When the inevitable happens they will claim that they have ownership of most of the wealth producing assets because they are honest and wise. They know what they are doing. They are stealing our stuff with worthless paper.
