Bidenomics Failure Shows Up At Polls As Gen-Z Revolts Against Democrats

Via ZeroHedge

It is no surprise that a new Gallup poll shows a growing number of Gen-Zers and millennials are becoming increasingly frustrated with the failure of ‘Bidenomics‘ as they struggle with the cost-of-living crisis.

We didn’t need a poll to reveal the frustrations of youngsters working two or three jobs just to afford rent, auto payments, and avocado and toast. The writing has been on the wall, especially on social media feeds of TikTok and X:

The new Gallup poll of 18-29-year-olds validates the Biden administration, which seemingly cares more about illegal aliens and the LGBTQQIP2SAA community (not sure what all those letters mean), is quickly losing the young vote.

People in that age cohort are more than twice as likely to cite the economy as their top concern compared with older adults in recent Gallup data. And while all voters are more worried about the economy now than they were heading into the 2020 presidential election, the pessimism has spiked the most among those under 30. –Bloomberg

Source: Bloomberg

It’s a wake-up call for the Biden administration. A recent Bloomberg News/Morning Consult poll reveals a surprising trend: Former President Trump is leading President Biden 47% to 40% among voters 18-34 in swing states. This is a significant shift from the last presidential cycle when Biden won 61% of voters under 30.

The Biden administration understands they desperately need Gen-Z and millennial support to win in November. They are trying everything in their power to buy votes by bailing out youngsters with student debt (despite the Supreme Court ruling).

Youngsters are coming of age in one of the worst economic periods this nation has seen in a generation. Elevated inflation is crushing household finances.

With the election cycle well underway, there are mounting risks inflation could accelerate once again, and gas prices at the pump are rising.

Bidenomics has been a colossal failure, and young people are seeing that and are furious with the elderly, senile president who should be in a retirement home. Young people are beginning to understand they might never be able to afford the average American home as that dream died a long time ago. These frustrations are showing up in the polling data.

Who knew that there is such a thing? Bicycles were originally intended for either personal transportation or for transportation of goods from A to B, either with a backpack, bucket or other receptacle, or with a trailer. My Dad still transports lumber, compost or other items that way at the age of 82. He still talks about how happy they were to have their first bike in the family after the war, in the early 1950s. During the war, they only had hand pulled wagons and wheelbarrows.

And now they invented a $2500 bike that doesn’t transport you anywhere. That totally makes sense. /s

I had to play that game with a boss who didn’t want to pay payroll taxes.
The carrot he dangled was an annual tax preparation filing on his dime.
What a crock.
Besides quarterly estimates, the contractor who gets a 1099 instead of a W2 at years end is on the hook for the entire amount of the FICA/Medicaid tax.
With W2’s and payroll taxes withheld, that’s a 50-50 split payment between the employer and the employee to the U.S. Treasury.

NO way in hell that any one of the 4 bimbos shown above know about this, let alone understand it.

Its really about the direct ratio between wages and the price of all things, necessities and non-necessities alike. That ratio has been steadily declining since the USD was taken off the gold standard in 1972. At age 30 my dad could buy a house with 3 years take-home pay that would have cost me almost 6 years take home pay at the same age. Now fast-forward another 30 years to today, same house, and for another 30 year-old with a similar professional job, it’s probably about 12 years take-home pay. Sure, housing is the worst-case example but similar math can be done for everything from a loaf of bread to a gallon of gas to a car. There are only so many hours in our lives, so you can’t blame today’s 20-30 year olds who are expected to trade those finite hours of their lives for 1/2 the value their parents got and a 1/4 of the value their grandparents got.

The real problem is that the alternative is a life of government dependence, which costs the productive citizens more in taxes, exacerbating the whole cost-of-living problem. Yet here we are at the cusp of a total, societal breakdown because today’s middle class is barely better off working than the lower, dependent class that is not working.

When there are more people sitting in the wagon than people willing to pull it, the wagon stops.

Done. Transfer payments in 2020 were about 60% but now they are about 75% thanks to Illegals. US short Treasury Bond rates were .5% and are now 5%; the Annual deficit was $1T and will soon be $8T; Nat’l Debt will soon be about $40T and the US dollar will become Toast (like French Assignnats, German Meimar Marks). With the Fed playing god with our countries money, if they lower rates now it will cause inflation like a western forest fire, if they raise rates, Powell cuts his dick off, if he does nothing, he watches the sky fall. Never let them implement CBDC FedCoins (Rev 13:16,17). America has to many hogs and to few tits; to many people riding the hay wagon and to few pulling; to many eating and not enough working (2Thes3:10-13); this is not Survivable National Socialism & Communism. Taxing the Rich at 90% for more income would pay the bills for only about a couple months per year; trimming the Budget is necessary; earning one’s living is necessary; I’m a farmer rancher and I look at millions of acres of land sitting idle in environmental set asides drawing government subsidies for Bill Gates, that land should be growing soybeans and speckled peas, or cattle, to sell to china. Percentages matter, but so do absolute numbers. My parent’s home from the late Sixties was around $26K+. In 2021 it sold for over $1-1/3 million. They’d never be able to afford a third of it now, even with degreed salaries and financial prudence. Some of these things vary by area. Some costs (private college, healthcare) have gone up faster than other costs. So it’s complicated to assess. In general, though, I think people in their 20’s & 30’s (whatever “Gen” that is) think – because they’ve been told – that in the old days things were easier when they actually weren’t.

I think people in their 60s & 70s think, because they’ve lost touch wirh reality, that things are no more difficult now than they used to be.

It’s always fun to watch parents and grandparents castigate their own children and grandchildren for becoming who and what they were raised to be.
It’s a final desperate act of neglect, abandonment and abuse to protect a self image they never earned before shuffling off this mortal coil.

“Hey, it’s not MY fault my kids turned out this way!”

People in their 60’s and 70’s have lived both then and now. Logic dictates that people who have lived during both periods would have more understanding than people who weren’t alive “then”. It’s why most non-sick societies have historically understood elders to have wisdom not yet attainable by the young. When it comes to comparing economic hardship, then & now, it’s mostly simple arithmetic. I remember how much I earned 35 years ago and how much rent was when split with three roommates, for example. I’ll plead guilty to plenty of parental FAIL, if it makes you feel better. Of course many of today’s young who think they’ll be perfect parents will also fail in some ways, but that’s something they’ll only realize when they’re older.

Not only has the standard of living in the US been in a steady decline for decades, it is now set to plunge off a cliff.

And the cliff is made in China.

From May 2010. Dem US Rep Grayson digs at Obama.

“Another strange notion pervading whole peoples is that the State has money of its own; and nowhere is this absurdity more firmly fixed than in America. The State has no money. It produces nothing. It existence is purely parasitic, maintained by taxation; that is to say, by forced levies on the production of others. “Government money,” of which one hears so much nowadays, does not exist; there is no such thing.”
― Albert Jay Nock, Memoirs of a Superfluous Man

“All the power [the State] has is what society gives it, plus what it confiscates from time to time on one pretext or another; there is no other source from which State power can be drawn. Therefore every assumption of State power, whether by gift or seizure, leaves society with so much less power.” ― Albert Jay Nock, Our Enemy, the State

The real problem is that these youngsters still believe in .gov as an answer in the first place (along with the rest of us). It’s time for Americans to see much more than just what Rep. Grayson says above.

We’ve raised 3 Gen Zer’s and our home has always been open to their friends as they were growing up. With two or three exceptions over the years, virtually all of them have been the polar opposite of those examples above. I realize where we live plays a big part of how they’ve turned out- cities and suburbs are toxic place for healthy child rearing experiences, the former being dangerous and chaotic, the latter being the epicenter of atomized isolation, further exacerbated by the hustle and bustle consumer lifestyles attendant to both.

The fatherless gremlin in the first clip can’t even fathom how her freakish appearance and slow-motion self immolation creates an inability to advance beyond the entry level stage of working life.

I have said this before and I stick by it the more time passes, when history looks back on this time period they will shake their heads at the docility and ignorance of what once were classed as adults. More than their frustration, it is their prideful stupidity that stands out to me, all of their decisions having been made without ever once giving thought to the consequences.

The gremlin can’t fathom her lifestyle predicament because she’s been fed a steady diet of “tolerance”, “acceptance”, “non-discrimination”, “diversity”, “inclusivity” and every other word synonymous with those ideas and concepts *every* *single* *day* of her entire life.

Can’t say for sure thar it stems from age. As recently as last month, asked who the adult in the relationship was. 24 year old nephew is more mature than his mom. From 15 years old, he raised himself and acted as the man of the house without a dad (he died). To mention more, he had a growth on his brain that was diagnosed when he was 17. He had surgery to remove it. His mom lives rent free in her mom’s house, yet goes on annual cruises and vacations.

These people speak as if they are entitled. Maybe not the last one as much.
