To Senator Paul, who gets protected by the Bill of Rights is determined by the guys with the most guns. Libertarians almost always forget that kittle detail. The coming civil war, that has been discussed here lately, will sort all of that out.
Walter Williams,Rand Paulaand and others that think like them assume that most people are as moral as they are. That eventually eliminates their Bill of Rights.
