California will change this, this time they will spend $48 billion to not solve homelessness.
One person did a study of the homeless given free housing like they do in some places in California. Most died within 1 1/2 years.
Just like a ruffed grouse, they cannot survive in captivity.
If you give heroin/meth/crack/pill addicts free housing, free phones, and food stamps, they will keep doing heroin/meth/crack/pills INSIDE the free housing, sell the food stamps, and buyer more drugs until they die. I guess that’s how you solve homelessness…house ’em until they OD and then bring in the next one.
Don’t forget the skimming that takes place at the top.
Government is always the problem.
