Trump Jury Says It Has A Verdict

Via ZeroHedge

The jury empaneled in the NY v. Trump case said it has reached a verdict.

The 12-person jury – which has requested 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork  – will soon enter the courtroom and announce what it has decided. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged former President Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, and Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts.

Judge Juan Merchan will invite the jury in to read its verdict.

Prior to receiving the jury’s note around 4:20 p.m., Merchan had indicated he would excuse the jury for the day at 4:30 as a growing number expected a mistrial due to a hung jury however the presence of a verdict means that we will shortly know if the jury has found Trump “guilty” or “not guilty.”

Prosecutors needed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump falsified business records to conceal a $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels, a pornographic performer, in the lead-up to the 2016 election to silence her about an alleged affair with Trump in 2006.

Michael Cohen, Trump’s former attorney, was the prosecution’s “star witness.”He testified that he personally made the $130,000 payment to Daniels using a home equity line of credit in an effort to conceal the payment from his wife.

Cohen said he did this because Trump told him to “handle it” and prevent a negative story from coming out ahead of the election. But Trump’s defense attorneys maintained that the president never directed Cohen to do so.

THROWBACK THURSDAY: ADMIN HITS GRAND CANYON SIZE POTHOLE, BLOWS A TIRE ON THE 30 BLOCKS OF SQUALOR & LIVES TO TELL THE STORY

Compliments of a website called the Wayback Machine, we have been able to find several 30 Blocks of Squalor articles that I thought were lost for good. This classic was from January, 2014. Enjoy.

It’s sure lucky I got four new tires last week during my annual car inspection. I wouldn’t have wanted to blow an old tire in the massive pothole at 34th and Girard Avenue. Last night I was making my normal hour long trek home, following my same route through the 30 Blocks of Squalor and making a left turn onto Girard Avenue at 34th Street. I’ve made the same turn from the same lane hundreds of times over the last seven years. It was dark, foggy and raining last night. You wouldn’t expect the bankrupt city of Philadelphia to have proper lighting at a huge intersection pictured below.

As I made my left turn, all of a sudden, I hit the biggest invisible fucking pothole known to mankind. My tiny little Honda Insight was almost swallowed whole by this crater in the road.

The show trial of Donald Trump is closing

Guest Post by Alex Berenson

The closing arguments have ended. The Manhattan trial of Donald Trump for the alleged felony of misclassifying business records (!) has reached the jury.

Now the rest of us wait, for an outcome that seems preordained.

After Michael Cohen’s disastrous cross-examination, I wondered if one or two jurors might refuse to convict Trump, leading to a hung jury. Remember, these charges come out of a $130,000 “hush money” payment Cohen made to the porn star Stormy Daniels in October 2016. Trump then reimbursed Cohen for the payment.

In reality the case depends on a raft of dubious propositions, including:

Companies shouldn’t classify payments to a lawyer as legal services;

Candidates illegally “influence” elections if they try to hide negative information;

Trump had no non-campaign-related reasons to keep Daniels from telling her story;

Get Up, Stand Up, Don’t Give Up the Fight: Know Your Rights or You Will Lose Them

Guest Post by John W. Whitehead

If a nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be.”—Thomas Jefferson

If America’s schools are to impart principles of freedom and democracy to future generations, they must start by respecting the constitutional rights of their students

Take the case of Lucas Hudson.

With all the negative press being written about today’s young people, it’s refreshing to meet a young person who not only knows his rights but is prepared to stand up for them.

Lucas is a smart kid, a valedictorian of his graduating class at the Collegiate Academy at Armwood High School in Hillsborough County, Fla.

So, when school officials gave Lucas an ultimatum: either remove most of his speech’s religious references from his graduation speech—in which he thanked the people who helped shape his character, reflected on how quickly time goes by, and urged people to use whatever time they have to love others and serve the God who loves us—or he would not be speaking at all, Lucas refused to forfeit his rights.

WE WILL LOSE UNLESS WE ACKNOWLEDGE WE ARE AT WAR ALREADY

Guest Post by Hardscrabble Farmer

You will drive yourself crazy trying to make sense of these cases because most people are unable to understand what’s actually going on. This has zero to do with law, justice, racial equality or disparity, motives or defenses. This is war. The war being waged is upon the Founder’s stock, Heritage Americans, if you will. One side knows what it is doing and rather than using standing, uniformed armies has developed a series of tactics that allows a campaign based on stealth.

Rather than a theater of operations where combatants meet on the filed of battle, like Bastogne or Tarawa, the entirety of America is constantly under assault by proxy armies made up of individuals, gangs, mobs, etc. They are given free reign by those who control our governments and the associated institutions that make up the body politic.

What Did He Say? What Did He Mean?

How many of you used to play the game, “What did he say? – What did he mean? The implication is, if you take the words literally, you miss the message big time.

The classic example was a young man pursuing romantic interest in a cute young girl who says, “I like you as a friend.” While it appears to be a nice compliment, any young man hearing those words knows they are romantically doomed.

Various Fed Heads regularly issue proclamations, using a lot of confusing $2 words, called “Fed speak”. Pundits scrutinize every word they said, trying to determine what they really meant.

Trump and Nixon

Trump and Nixon

We all know about the non-stop lawfare attacks on Donald Trump. You might like Trump or hate him, but it shouldn’t matter. Every American who cares about justice and the rule of law should be concerned about them.

It corrodes the system of justice that’s long been a source of national pride.

Besides being a financial analyst, I’m also an attorney with a deep understanding of constitutional law. And what they’re trying to do to Trump is unconstitutional in many cases, and in some instances egregiously so.

World Community of Nations Undergoing An Unparalleled Sea Change

Editor’s Note: While the following report posted below in its entirety should not be surprising to anyone who follows the never-ending international crime spree carried out by the apartheid Zionist State of Israel, that this highly radioactive info even made it to the mainstream media is quite remarkable.

Then another stunning event (read international incident) just took place which is also rarely if ever seen.

Trump tells donors he’d bomb Moscow and Beijing

Via RT

Former US President and current Republican candidate Donald Trump has told campaign donors that he “would have bombed” Moscow and Beijing if they’d attacked Ukraine and Taiwan respectively on his watch, the Washington Post reported on Tuesday, citing sources.

According to numerous donors, advisers and other people close to him, the former president has ramped up his fundraising campaign rhetoric ahead of his likely rematch with incumbent Joe Biden in the upcoming November election.

IRAN INCIDENT, PERSIAN PUTSCH — EVIDENCE THAT PRESIDENT RAISI, FOREIGN MINISTER AMIR-ABDOLLAHIAN WERE MURDERED

Guest Post by John Helmer

The release of fresh details of the fatal helicopter flight on May 19 which killed Iran’s President, Ebrahim Raisi, and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian is ruling out bad weather, machine failure, signals interference, on-board bomb or ground-fired missile as the cause of the crash. Iranian civilian, military and clerical officials are also excluding Israeli or US involvement.

Instead, Raisi’s chief of staff, Gholam-Hossein Esmaeili, a civilian lawyer and Raisi loyalist for many years,  has described a sequence of details, preceding and following the incident, which hint at suicide murder by one of the pilots of the presidential aircraft.

The Media Guide to Shooting Joggers

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

I did not think I could hate The New York Times more.

But thanks to Gregory Mantell’s amazing new book, “Special Victim Status, The Era of Woke Journalism,” I do! Mantell’s carefully researched book provides hundreds of new facts about the press’s fanatical propaganda on race.

Coincidentally, this week is the four-year anniversary of George Floyd’s death, and I think the traditional gift is paper. You know what would make a great anniversary gift? This book.

Nothing shocked me more than Chapter 3 on the Ahmaud Arbery case.

Trump Wins. What Next? (Part 2)

Guest Post by Kurt Schlichter

When Donald Trump beats Grandpa Badfinger in November, he better hit the ground ready to fight. In my Monday column, we discussed how the Democrats will completely freak out and attempt to disrupt the peaceful transition of government – an act that’s going to be absolutely fine and necessary to maintain Our Democracy even though last week it was the worst thing ever. This second columns talks about what must happen right after Trump is re-inaugurated, God-willing, and what he must do immediately upon taking office. Momentum and inertia are vital. Trump must take his objectives quickly. He must put points on the board immediately on Day One.
