Google ‘Very Biased At Every Level’ And ‘Will Attempt To Influence 2020 Election’: Former Engineer

Via Zero Hedge

A former Google engineer told Fox News‘s Tucker Carlson on Friday that Google has “very biased people running every level of the company,” and is a “major threat” to President Trump in the 2020 US election.

“Do you think that Google will attempt to influence the election outcome, attempt to prevent Trump from being reelected?” Carlson asked former Google engineer, Kevin Cernekee.

“I do believe so,”replied Cernekee. “I think that’s a major threat. They have openly stated that they think 2016 was a mistake. They thought Trump should have lost in 2016. They really want Trump to lose in 2020. That’s their agenda.”

Conservative Principles Do Not Require Us To Roll Over For Big Tech

Guest Post by Kurt Schlichter

Conservative Principles Do Not Require Us To Roll Over For Big Tech

We are never going to sell people on allegedly conservative principles that end up making conservatives less free. After all, when we sell conservatism, we are selling freedom, in contrast to the perpetual soul-killing tyranny offered by leftist ideology. So, the idea that conservative principles require us to defer to the growing oppression of the left because it is delivered through the medium of allegedly private corporations is nonsense.

Don’t want none? Don’t start none. That’s one of my conservative principles. The corporations started it, and now it’s our right – our duty – to finish it.

Google knows everywhere you go — here’s how to stop it from tracking you and delete the logs

Via CNBC

  • Google keeps a log of everywhere you go if you use Google apps and services on your phone.
  • It has a creepy level of detail that might surprise you.
  • Google makes it easy to find this information and limit how it can track you, though. Here’s how to do that.
CNBC Tech: Google Location tracking map

Google knows a lot about you and, if you use Google Maps or other Google apps, it stores a copy of everywhere you go. I recently performed Google’s “Privacy Checkup” to learn a bit more about what it knows about me, and was pretty surprised at the level of detail it had on my exact locations.

I picked a random date: April 16, 2019. It knew everywhere I went, including that I took Interstate 95 to our office in northern New Jersey and that I arrived at 7:58 a.m. It knew that at 1:02 p.m. I drove to Jersey City and took a train in to Manhattan to the New York Stock Exchange before returning home at 4:38 p.m. And it has a copy of the pictures I took at each location.

  • “Dangerous and Derogatory”

    Guest Post by Eric Peters

I am a bad man, apparently. A politically incorrect man, certainly. “Dangerous and derogatory,” specifically.

According to Goo-gul, the Internet panopticon that polices and punishes speech – especially speech critical of government fatwas, which are styled “dangerous and derogatory.” See the pic which accompanies this rant. It is a screen shot of my “violations” – the first a an article critical of Obamacare (Shared Responsibility Update) and another, which explains why almost every new car now sports a very small/highly turbocharged engine (The Turbo Tax).

LEAK: ‘Huge Teams’ Engaged in Manual Interventions on Google Search Results

    Google wants to "Police Tone"

Google has “huge teams” working on manual interventions in search results, an apparent contradiction of sworn testimony made to Congress by CEO Sundar Pichai, according to an internal post leaked to Breitbart News.

“There are subjects that are prone to hyperbolic content, misleading information, and offensive content,” said Daniel Aaronson, a member of Google’s Trust & Safety team.

“Now, these words are highly subjective and no one denies that. But we can all agree generally, lines exist in many cultures about what is clearly okay vs. what is not okay.”

“In extreme cases where we need to act quickly on something that is so obviously not okay, the reactive/manual approach is sometimes necessary.”

The comments came to light in a leaked internal discussion thread, started by a Google employee who noticed that the company had recently changed search results for “abortion” on its YouTube video platform, a change which caused pro-life videos to largely disappear from the top ten results.

    The Saaaaaaafety Exemption(s)

    Guest Post by Eric Peters

    It’s a curious thing . . .

The same government which says it’s so very “concerned” about our saaaaaaaaaaaaaafety that it won’t allow us to ride a motorcycle without a helmet – and will threaten us with violence if we don’t wear a seat belt – won’t allow us to disable known-to-be dangerous air bags and is  very loosey goosey about self-driving/automated cars.

Which have demonstrated how unsafe they are.

I get periodic emails from Goo-guhl, the deity who lords over the online universe. He is – apparently – angered by something I’ve posted on my web site. He threatens repercussions, as vengeful deities tend to do.

But I have no idea why Goo-guhl is angered.

You are finished, @GOP. You polished the final nail for your own coffins. FUCK. YOU. ALL. TO. HELL,” tweeted design lead David Hogue, adding “I hope the last images burned into your slimy, evil, treasonous retinas are millions of women laughing and clapping and celebrating as your souls descend into the flames.”
