Troops Discharged Over COVID-19 Vaccine Refusal Sue US Government For Billions In Lost Wages

Nicholas Bassen, an Army sergeant who was discharged in 2022 for not getting a vaccine, wants compensation of at least $120,000.

The suits, filed in recent months, argue that when Congress compelled the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to rescind its COVID-19 vaccine mandate, lawmakers carefully chose their wording.

Congress expressly chose the term ‘rescind’, rather than more customary language such as ‘repeal’, ‘amend’, or ‘clarify’, to direct the DoD and the courts that the rescission should be applied retroactively,” one states.

Nine Fort Bragg soldiers recently died of unknown causes

The causes of these deaths have yet to be determined. While some appear to be “accidents” we really should be doing autopsies to uncover whether the COVID vaccines were involved.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is a military installation of the United States Army in North Carolina, and is one of the largest military installations in the world, with around 54,000 military personnel.

Nine US soldiers, all stationed at Fort Bragg, all in their 20s or 30s, recently died at from “undetermined” causes, or after being discovered “unresponsive” in their bunks.

In all nine cases, you can see the causes are “Determination pending” in the documents below.

Dates of death range from August 13 to December 29, approximately a four month span.
