Dear Mr. Quinn,
Please be advised that, pursuant to the terms of the Taboola Publisher Agreement entered into between you and Taboola as of 1/7/2015 (the “Agreement”), we are hereby terminating the Agreement, effective immediately,as it has come to our attention that there is content on your website violates the Platform Terms of Use set forth therein. Accordingly, we will be removing our platform from your websites and digital properties and will no longer be providing our Service to you.
You will be paid any revenues earned prior to the date of termination in 90 days, provided we do not receive any third party complaints regarding your content.
