Tucker Carlson Fan Dancer

Guest Post by Robert Weissberg

Over two months have passed since Tucker Carlson departed Fox News, and his exit has been a disaster for the network. half of Tucker’s audience has left, and this exodus has been especially notable among young men, many of whom were Democrats (WSJ, B1, B4, June 22, 2023, print but not on-line). His replacements, an assortment of Fox regulars, have tried their best, but to no avail. I personally no longer watch that timeslot since nearly everything is just warmed-over daily news plus an added dollop of passion, as if bombast made Tucker Tucker.

What was Tucker’s “secret sauce,” particularly to young men? Let me suggest that it was his penchant for taboo topics unmentionable save on dark corners of the Internet, But, his talent was not just voicing the unspeakable, If that were the case, he never would have lasted a day, Rather, he regularly voiced heresies in ways that stopped inches short of being a thought criminal, And that he was able to get away with this “crime” and earned millions, only added to the pleasure of watching his show.

EXCLUSIVE: Leaked Policy Exposes Fox News Stances on Woke Ideology

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—Fox News employees are allowed to use bathrooms that align with their gender identity, rather than their biological sex, and permitted to dress in alignment with their preferred gender. They must also be addressed by their preferred name and pronouns in the workplace.

These are just a few of the policies outlined in the company handbook, dated January 2021, a copy of which was shared with The Daily Signal. Fox also offers to help employees come up with a “Workplace Transition Plan” to ease their gender transition at work.

The revelations comes amid conservative consternation at Fox Digital’s use of activist language like “gender affirming care” in stories on its website, as well as the site’s consistent use of female pronouns for biological males like TikTok celebrity Dylan Mulvaney and swimmer Lia Thomas (formerly known as Will Thomas).

David Stockman on Tucker Carlson’s Firing And Corporate Suicide Run Amok

Guest Post by David Stockman

Tucker Carlson Fired

We are not sure what the Murdochs were smoking last Monday morning when they shot the immensely profitable Fox News Channel in the kneecaps, but we do know that Tucker Carlson was one of a kind among commentators in the vast journalistic wasteland otherwise known as television news.

Indeed, on issue after issue in recent years Tucker treaded forthrightly where his MSM competitors in both print and broadcast media feared to go. Perhaps that was because he was deeply informed, historically read and literate and possessed of an incisive, open, inquisitive mind that was not about to play passive stenographer to either the Deep State or the lobbies and corporate interests that suffuse the Washington beltway.

Accordingly, Tucker has been nearly alone in smoking out the big issues of our time with a unique breadth, edge and consistency that neither Republican shills like Sean Hannity nor DNC conduits like Anderson Cooper and Rachel Maddow could hope to approach.

Was The Tucker “Take Down” A Deep-State Hit?

Authored by Mike Whitney,

“When honest people say what’s true … they become powerful…. That’s the iron-law of the universe, the truth prevails.”

– Tucker Carlson

Can we stop pretending that Tucker Carlson was fired because of the Dominion lawsuit? That’s a bunch of baloney. Carlson was fired because he used his prime-time platform to expose the crimes and illicit goings-on of the most powerful men, corporations and agencies in the world. That’s why he was fired, because he revealed the truth about big pharma’s toxic injections, Fauci’s deranged lockdowns, Brandon’s police-state surveillance, the expansive deep-state censorship program, CRT, BLM, ESG, George Floyd, drag-queen children’s hour, the oddball cult of trangenderism, Ukraine’s crummy dictator-president Zelensky and all the other pernicious inanities that are being used like a wrecking-ball on the nation’s moral and historical foundation. Tucker exposed them all.

Why Tucker Carlson Had To Be Purged

Guest Post by Lew Rockwell

The Fox Network’s firing of Tucker Carlson last week at first seems surprising. He was the station’s biggest attraction. He was close to President Trump and was able to interview him on his program. Getting ridding of him is a surefire way to lose ratings and money, and television networks don’t like to do that. In addition, his fans are angry, which will make even more trouble for Fox. Why then was he removed? The answer is simple. He raised issues you aren’t allowed to mention. He went after the CIA, saying he had information from an inside source the agency was involved in the Kennedy assassination. He was a vaccine skeptic and spoke about the interests of Big Pharma in killing us.  The deep state couldn’t allow this. Therefore he had to go, and, we predict, he will be lucky if he isn’t arrested on some fraudulent charge.

On Tucker. . .

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Everyone knows about Tucker Carlson having been summarily fired – let’s use honest language – from his gig over at Fox News, where he had the most successful show of its kind on network TV.

That a hugely successful show was cancelled – which will cost Fox ratings, viewership and money – speaks volumes about what drives corporate policy in these latter days. It is of a piece with Stellantis – the corporation that owns the Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram truck brands – cancelling the hugely successful Hemi V8 that was the chief reason people bought Dodges, Chryslers, Jeeps and Ram trucks. To be replaced by battery-powered devices few people want.

Struck Down, Tucker Will Become More Powerful Than You Can Possibly Imagine

Guest Post by Kurt Schlichter

Tucker Carlson is neither down nor out; he is going to come back bigger and badder than ever. All you goofy virgins who love “Star Wars” will recall that when Darth Vader sliced Obi-Wan Kenobi in two – or at least his moth-eaten cloak – Ben stopped existing in this dimension and became a superbeing who popped in for a chat whenever Luke was in trouble. Tucker’s pretty much going to do that for the movement. Though Tucker may have been tossed off his perch at Fox (or jumped – we will eventually get the details on how this denouement went down), he will land on his feet and crush the libs beneath his preppy Topsiders.

Tucker Reappears In 8PM Time Slot, But Not With Fox — Which Just Suffered “Catastrophic” Ratings Crash

Via ZeroHedge

After Tucker Carlson’s surprise split from Fox News, the #1 rated cable news host in history re-emerged from his home office on Wednesday to offer a stunning 8PM monologue covering his thoughts on the media landscape, and his future.

According to Carlson, one of the things one notices when one takes a little ‘time off’ is “how unbelievably stupid most of the debates you see on television are. They’re completely irrelevant. They mean nothing.

“In five years we won’t even remember that we had them… and yet, at the same time, the undeniably big topics – the ones that will define our future – get virtually no discussion at all. War, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power, natural resources. When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues?

Debates like that are not permitted in American media,” Carlson continued, adding “Both political parties, and their donors, have reached consensus on what benefits them – and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it.

“Suddenly the United States looks like a one-party state,” Carlson said.

“Good Riddance”: Military-Industrial Complex Celebrates Tucker Carlson’s Fox News Exit

Carlson was unceremoniously booted from the network on Monday despite being the most popular prime time TV news host in America.

He was reportedly given barely 10 minutes notice of the decision before it was revealed to the media.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, members of the military-industrial complex and the deep state are all but popping champagne corks in response to the news.

We’re a better country without him bagging on our military every night in front of hundreds of thousands of people,” one senior DoD official told Politico.

Good riddance,” added another.

“The more you tell the truth, the stronger you become,” said Tucker Carlson, three days before they fired him for it (and he was absolutely right)

Guest Post by Mark Crispin Miller

A great talk by the journalist (whom I once despised), and an apt comment by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (another man of honesty, for which “our free press” hates him, too)

If you’re pressed for time, Carlson starts to talk about the power of truth, and its rarity today, starting around 10:30.

Robert F. Kennedy today on Facebook:

Fox fires Tucker Carlson five days after he crosses the red line by acknowledging that the TV networks pushed a deadly and ineffective vaccine to please their Pharma advertisers. Carlson’s breathtakingly courageous April 19 monologue broke TV’s two biggest rules: Tucker told the truth about how greedy Pharma advertisers controlled TV news content and he lambasted obsequious newscasters for promoting jabs they knew to be lethal and worthless. For many years, Tucker has had the nation’s biggest audience averaging 3.5 million — 10 times the size of CNN. Fox just demonstrated the terrifying power of Big Pharma.

No More Truth from Fox News

Guest Post by Paul Craig Roberts

As I have reported over and over, truth-tellers are being eliminated.  Now it is the most popular TV host with the largest following that has been jettisoned.

It is highly unusual, indeed extraordinary, for a media company to suddenly cancel its star primetime host, especially when the show is booming while other TV news loses credibility and viewers.  Here is the report just released by The Epoch Times:

“Fox News on Monday confirmed that it ‘parted ways’ with popular primetime host Tucker Carlson, offering no explanation why.

Tucker Carlson Fired By Lachlan Murdoch; Here’s What We Know

Via ZeroHedge

Update (2114ET): After an entire day wondering why in the hell Fox News would can the highest-rated cable news host in the world, ever, the New York Times comes out with this;

Who:

The decision to let Mr. Carlson go was made on Friday night by Lachlan Murdoch, the chief executive of Fox Corporation, and Suzanne Scott, chief executive of Fox News Media, according to a person briefed on the move. Mr. Carlson was informed on Monday morning by Ms. Scott, another person briefed on the move said.

Why?

[T]he power that Mr. Carlson, 53, wielded outside Fox News could not insulate him from a growing list of troubles inside the network related to his conduct on and off the air, some of which had been grating on Mr. Murdoch and his father, Rupert Murdoch, the chairman of Fox Corporation, who co-founded the network in 1996, according to the two people with knowledge of the company’s decision.

The host, a polarizing and unpopular figure at the network outside of his own staff, was exposed as part of a defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems as a bully who denigrated colleagues and sources, often in profane and sexist language, and called for the firing of Fox journalists whose coverage he disliked. He has also drawn condemnation from the right and left for his role in fostering a revisionist account of the assault on the United States Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
