Not only is your government recording every conversation, text, email, facebook entry, download, or tweet you make, they are now using your own tax dollars to run advertising campaigns encouraging you to spy on and turn in anyone you think is suspicious looking. Driving to work this morning I heard a commercial for SEPTA about reporting “suspicious” people to the authorities. At the end of the commercial they revealed that it was paid for by DHS. That means it was paid for by YOU.
I opened the Zero Hedge website and the GOOGLE ADSENSE AD was a TRUST YOUR GUT ad to turn in your fellow citizen for being suspicious. There is an entire Facebook page dedicated to turning in your fellow citizens:

The Orwellian nature of this propaganda and subtle nature of turning people into snitches for the STATE is probably not evident to 98.5% of the brain dead drones that inhabit this country. They actually think this is a good use government funds and will keep them safe. If you have ever taken public transportation in the City of Philadelphia you would know that 50% of the dregs look suspicious. You would also know that a bomb explosion in a SEPTA station would improve the decor and get rid of the smell of urine.
I find the best part of this DHS SNITCH CAMPAIGN is the phone number to call – #1776. You too can be just like Paul Revere and those Patriots of 1776 who did their part to defeat the evil terrorists. The American Revolution was all about turning in your neighbor and working with the AUTHORITIES to keep the citizens safe and secure. RIGHT?
DHS was created by the Patriot Act, so what could be more fitting than a #1776 phone number to alert the authorities to an uncooperative prole.
I get more disgusted by the day living in this country.
So be ever vigilant. If anyone looks at you funny, turn them in.

Isn’t it interesting how international the viewpoint of much of our “homeland security” leadership has been, lots of dual citizens like Michael Chertoff, who, by the way, sure made out well on his investments in body scanning technology! CREATING A CULTURE OF DENUNCIATION
Denunciation is the act of accusing someone of wrongdoing. In a political context, it means reporting a person to the state for investigation and possible punishment. In the GDR, such “wrongdoing” ran the gamut from small matters such as making malicious comments to weightier ones such as plotting to leave. Nothing was too petty to report, however, even if it was mere suspicion.
Robert Gellately is an historian who focuses on modern Europe. In his essay, “Denunciations in Twentieth-Century Germany: Aspects of Self-Policing in the Third Reich and the German Democratic Republic,” he used the term “culture of denunciation” to explain why the reporting of supposed wrongdoing became epidemic within the GDR.
He traced the phenomenon back to the Nazi intelligence-gathering police, the Gestapo. The Gestapo was an essential part of the dynamic that changed Germany from one of the most civilized nations in Europe to one of the most brutal. And it did so rapidly, over the course of a decade.
The Gestapo created a culture of denunciation, which destroyed the goodwill that comes from people living in peace and privacy together. It replaced goodwill and tolerance with suspicion, resentment, paranoia, and the breakdown of civil society; Nazi Germany was a psychological version of Hobbes’s “war of all against all.” Because denunciation was thus institutionalized in Germany as a norm, the Stasi was able to walk directly into the void left by the Gestapo.
How is a culture of denunciation established? The first step is to create an institutional framework that facilitates it. A special police force must be formed. It does not handle the traditional police functions of processing crimes against people and property, such as assault or theft. Its mission is to protect the state against threats, including dissent, and to enforce state laws that impose social control.

The DHS trying to drum up a little business. 400,000 thugs standing around with their thumbs up their asses and nothing to do. I don’t know about the rest of you, but the Socialist State of Illinois passed a new law: Every business must post the “no gun” sign outside their establishment, all public buildings, hospitals, all banks etc. This is in reaction to the recent conceal carry licenses that finally became legal here. So, tell all your criminal friends to get their asses to Illinois (as if we don’t have enough criminals here already, especially the politicians, most of whom are in prison). I feel a whole lot safer. Thanks liberal progressives, I’m sure signs will keep me safe.

Flashpoint, Connecticut
I’ve heard it remarked that the American Civil War (War for Southern Independence, War of Northern Aggression, etc.) never really ended; we’re just at half time. In line with this sentiment, I’m more and more of the belief that no war ever truly ends; it just quiets down for a spell. And, like nausea, it comes in waves.
Marx and Engles articulated, and Trotsky championed, the idea of a “permanent revolution”—a ceaseless campaign of all against all to achieve Communism’s grand objectives (i.e., the destruction of Capitalism and the imposition of the “dictatorship of the proletariat”). Like most things Marxist, the only novelty in the thought is its Utopian insanity; the core idea—permanent revolution by the commoners—was something already established by our own founders.
Our “Revolutionary War” was what gave revolutions a good name (for it was not only morally just, but also triumphant). Because of this, it is easy to be lulled into a false sense of security that the issue was resolutely decided upon. Freedom rules! Yeah!
Of course, we’d be fools to believe this.
Our founders, having fought a literal war for individual liberty, understood clearly that the struggle for liberty doesn’t end when the treaty is signed. The rapacious hunger for total power is endemic to the human condition, and thus the endeavor for freedom is a permanent revolution.
In the words of Thomas Jefferson, “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.”
Or, in the words of Benjamin Franklin, “A Republic, ma’am…if you can keep it.”
To keep our Republic requires eternal vigilance. And when that vigilance yields a whiff of tyranny? Well, then, a little rebellion now and then is a good thing.
In the situation we find ourselves in today, we are getting far more than a whiff of tyranny. The entire nation reeks of it. And so patriots are not looking at a “little” rebellion, but a full-on resurfacing of a hot war for independence unlike anything seen in this nation since 1861.
All [hot] wars have their flashpoints—their North Bridges, their Fort Sumters, their assassinations of archdukes. If our nation’s struggle to regain its independence from enemies domestic—from opulent totalitarians in all levels of government hell-bent on making serfs of us all—does go hot, my guess is that flashpoint will be somewhere in Connecticut…the “Constitution State”.
I’d suggest anyone not familiar with what’s happening in Connecticut familiarize himself with the situation pronto. And those boned up on the subject, I look forward to your perspective. Am I off my rocker, or is there a serious potential for the first domino to fall here?

Sanilac county Sheriff Virgil Strickler was BFF and business partner with David Rydel, “commandant” of the “united States Theatre Command” militia which is named in the FBI “Project Megiddo” report for Y2K. LOUD explosions on the Nichols farm were repeatedly reported to Strickler, So what do you know! when the Feds raided the farm the evidence was cleaned up. The FIRST person James Nichols wanted to talk to was Strickler, which he did BEFORE talking to the FEDS. James was welcomed as a HERO when he was released from Federal custody.
The Feds did a criminally irresponsible job of investigating Sanilac county, and the Militia Culture permeating it. There were TWO militias up there. (1) The CITIZENS Militia, with 85 year old Hattie Farley, which OPPOSED the Sheriff and the “Good Old Boys” and (2) The violence prone, RACIST, PRO-sheriff “element”.
The “support network” for the bomb extended to the very top of Sanilac County Government and Society. Worth Township in Sanilac county, had a Supervisor, James Payne, who flew Confederate flags on his property for decades. He drove around with a Confederate license plate, and had a Black Lawn Jockey holding a Confederate flag standing right at his door. Sheriff Strickler REGULARLY passed that lawn jockey as he entered Payne’s home to socialize. Payne bragged about “using” his Public Office to direct the State Weighmaster to harrass Minority truckers coming through Worth township, and how he did not want “dirty niggers” in His township. This got recorded and all came out in a township meeting. Eric Levine, owner/editor of “The Sanilac County News” never once printed a negative word about the Racism and Confederate flags, rendering support via his silence.
