What a GREAT interview. It’s nice to hear someone else talk about how the Libertarian movement gets hijacked by the far right; even knowing that there are others out there like us is good to hear.

If only we could wake up more people to this logic, this awareness of the two-party system, this reality that Libertarians aren’t “nutjobs” as we’re so often called.

Jesse gets it right when he says “if not you, then who?” Worth the watch.

Judge Nepolitano would make a damn fine President… he’s a serious Constitutional scholar and a strict constructionist.

Too bad he doesn’t want the job… which, ironically, makes him perfect for the job.

Is the judge is an anti-abortionist? He never did explain his position in the interview. I would like to hear it because everything else he said, I’m in agreement with.

bb, your argument is specious. That was quite a leap. Billy and I can agree on some things but that wouldn’t make him responsible for my bad choices.

“Is the judge an anti-abortionist?”

Yes, or to put it another way, pro-life. He has stated that he would support outlawing abortion and calls himself an “old-fashioned Roman Catholic.” He also opposes capital punishment.

Dude, you’ve been doing better with your comments, but going from “some” (little L) libertarians to me wanting open borders is a leap of … well, it wasn’t a leap of logic… stupidity? Okay, it was a leap of stupidity that just dazzles…

I have libertarian leanings, but that don’t mean I want the fucking border dissolved…

A Ventura/Napolitano Libertarian ticket could be an idea. Libertarian party is already on the ballot in all 50 states, unless I’m not up to date. And the fact that each guy has his own views on abortion could be a plus, because neither “side” wins; besides that’s the biggest “wedge” issue since the pill in the 60’s.

@Westcoaster, not in Michigan.

The legislature signed their death into existence a few years back.

Only R’s and D’s can get voter information lists, only R’s and D’s can have primaries.

There are no primaries allowed for any other parties.

Shockingly, there are a few Green and Lib party members in the State, but the districts with brains are few and far between.
