I wonder if minnies and mexies voted 99% in favor of Obama like blacks in the last national elections, or women.

Liberals are the problem, not any demographic group. The demographic groups tend to be the confederacy of fools, believing a liberal lie.

Yet, when the conservatives offer no alternative, like Reagan, then what’s the point. It’s only spending to oblivion on different priorities.

Ron Paul offered a difference, although he wouldn’t have lasted long in office. A runaway federal bureaucracy is the problem, one which Carter was the last POTUS to attempt to reign in.

And thank you, GOP for pulling every trick in the book (and many out of it) to deny Ron Paul a shot at the general election. Just imagine, if you will, the sea change that would have taken place in american politics if Ron Paul had been debating Obama. In addition to bankers, you would have had neocons jumping out of windows.

Unfortunately it wasn’t just the Minnies & Mexicans who put him in office. My dumb state of MN is 87% white and Obama won in 2012 by 8 pts (11 pts in 2008). Vermont is 95% white and Obama won in 2012 by 36 pts. Same with Rhode Island; 81% white and Obama won by 28 pts. The problem is libtards of all colors. And, of course, the Republican establishment.

The problem is libtardism. I know plenty of old libtards. And plenty of non-Mexican ones. You could use all sorts of charts to show which social group ostensibly put Obama over the top and it would all be true (sort of), but any group could only put him over the top because other groups had voted for him. If all of the white women over age 35 had voted for Romney we’d all be speaking Mormon by now.

You got ‘fired’.

Meaning – you did something so egregious that your boss told you to get the fuck out and not come back?

Not “we have no work for you, soooo.. “… because that’s called getting laid off.

If you DID get genuinely “fired”, you gonna take responsibility for it or are you gonna blame your boss for being a meanie or some other bullshit excuse?

Sensetti- I refuse to be taken advantage of. I knew I saved them money, I didn’ want any credit. Instead they started taking advantage of me. Making me work hours to make them look good. When I first stared making salads, I had an agreement with a manager. I would work 9am-2pm on salads, come back at 5pm to be a server. That manager quit. Then they extended my hours to fit what the bosses made them look good. I would still have to come back as a server. It was really bite the hand that feeds. My district manager was happy because we were meeting our expectations. However, we were only meeting them because of my hard work. My managers claimed credit. I refused them taking my credit. I told them today I would only accept being a server. So they fired me, instead of explaining to our DM why our wast went up and our wait time. Total bullshit.

So you got fired, Steph... why?
So you got fired, Steph... why?
February 23, 2014 10:34 pm

Congrats Steph on earning the respect of millennials and being respected them more than they respect their bosses. But why’d you get canned? My experience from observing those sacked is that they couldn’t or didn’t do the job, they weren’t willing to improve when necessary, they were defiant, or they were disruptive. As a manager or observer of different companies policies for decades, I never saw a person unjustly fired. Some employees didn’t fit in and had personality conflicts, for sure. Those who tried to adapt to their situation stayed. But some wouldn’t adapt.Usually in some ways they wanted matters done their ways. So why is it you got fired, Stephanie?

I am slowly coming to the realization that the Mils really don’t want the government, society, and economic system that has been slowly unravelling for the last 100 years. They are desirous of more government control and more collectivist policies, for they are attracted to the idea that everyone should be taken care of for the sake of the greater good. I am unable to identify with their values, but it will soon be their world to lead and manage, and I wish them well. They’ve got their work cut out for them.

Don’t ever try to manage your manager, don’t give your boss unsolicited advise or suggestions. Don’t ever quit till you have another job, and for Gods sake if your getting takin advantage of get another job without hesitation. Follow the above advise and you’ll most likely never starve or have to resort to less dignified ways of making money.

I took on the task of salad bar. I was really good at it. When it comes to servers at Olive Garden, salad and breadsticks are the things they don’t have time to wait for. As a salad maker, I made sure they could ring up a salad, and immediately come back and get it. No wait. This is precious time for a server. Being garaunteed what you need, when you need it, is very important. Now my co-workers started to listen to me more than their bosses. Imade sure they had what they needed. No waits. When I wasn’t making their salads, I was loading up trays with their hot foods. More than my managers could do, Because of what I did for my coworkers they respected me. Arguing with me meant they would not get what they needed. My bosses could not do the same thing. The could not be counted on. Seeing how my co-workers listened to me, not to mention I trained many of my co-workers to be servers, to make really good money, they wanted to fire me. When an employee trains and has more respect than managers there is a problem. A manager cannot bounce back from that. Loyalty is gained only once.

Damn, clammy loses another job. Hard to believe, what with the great attitude she has – telling customers she does not like to fuck off, stuff like that.

Hell, sure am glad her co-workers love her. But here is the thing – co-workers do not sign her paycheck.

Yep, I make it a habit to fire every employee that saves me money. I figure that is the road to a successful business.

I have NEVER met an employer that fired an employee that makes him money. NEVER. NEVER FUCKING EVER.

Clammy may well have saved her boss $1000 (that is what she is getting paid for). However, can you imagine what a pain in the ass Clammy would be to have around? How much bullshit her managers would have to put up with?

And if they did fire her outside company policy, can you imagine how desperate they were to get rid of her, that they were willing to chance the potential shitstorm? They must have a cast iron case – they undoubtably see her as a maignant tumor needing immediate excision. Hard to believe, given her view of the world.

Billy – Clammy will NEVER get it. Never. Once again, it is someone else’s fault, her co-workers loved her, but the evil managers disobeying company policy were out to get her because she was so great and they felt threatened.

Holy shit, it just keeps getting better and better.

Stephanie – I am sorry you are unemployed. That is sad and depressing. But you can learn from it, and look hard at what happened. That you even know you had the respect of your co-workers is a danger sign. Why would you even go there? Why would you even think that? Who gives a rat’s ass? Did they stir the shit pot and get you in trouble? That happens a lot. Did you align yourself with your co-workers, and piss the bosses off – as that is where your loyalty lies?

Figure it out – but if I were you I would leave behind the idea that it was not your fault and instead focus on what you could have done differently. Even if it was not your fault, you could have done things differently.

I really hope for your sake you figure this stuff out. You are getting your ass kicked, and it is not fun.

I will say it again – the answer is education, hard-work, honesty, integrity, thrift, delayed gratification. No matter what the system is, or what your job is, that is inded the answer.

Concentrate on doing your job. Forget what your co-workers think.

Here it si – she got fired because 1) she would not let her managers take credit for her work, and 2) she told them today (she) would only accept being a server.

Well, there it is. Bosses get the credit. Get over it. That is the way it is. They get the credit, they also get the lumps if things go bad.

Second, if you ever tell a boss that you will or will not do such and such, you can expect to get fired. That is one of the only ways I will summarily dismiss someone. If an employee tells me that, they get fired. Every time. No exceptions.

My employees must do what I tell them. That is what I pay them for. If they do not want to do that, that is fine. But there is the door.

Clammy – you crossed the one truly uncrossable line. You refused to do as instructed.

By the way – odds are they broke no company policy in firing you. You were grossly insubordiante. You were refusing work.refusing direction. That is grounds for summary dismissal in any policy book I have ever seen.

Clammy will never get it.

Forget what your co-workers think. You are there to support your employers and ultimately the business owners. That co-workers respect you is of little or no value to you.

Second, your bosses will always take the credit. Get over it. Tough titty for you. That is how it is.

Third – you deserved to be fired. You refused work. You refused to do what you were instructed to do. That is grounds for instant dismissal. Any boss worth his or her salt will fire you on the spot anytime that happens. No breach of company policy will be found in that instance, unles it is a monor procedural one. Warnings and such do not apply in that instance.

You asked for it – you got it.

I have forgotten more about managing people and running a business and getting promotions and supporting my employers than you will ever learn.

Kep on thinking the world is out to get you. Keep thinking you van give the finger to your employers and not get fired.

If you were so pissed off you should have quit. But I expect you thought you were too valuable to be fired, and could get away with gross insubordianation. Oops.

Prisoner – it is a common lie that poor employees spread. They justify themselves by telling all and sundry that they are great employees and that their bosses fired them anyway.

It just is a total lie. There may be isolated instances, but fact is people are rational. I emply a lot of folks – why would I fire one that makes me money? They only reason is if they give me more pain than I can tolerate, by stirring up problems amongst co-workers, etc.

I never fire a good employee. It is contrary to my interests.

Glad to see you post.

So you worked in the kitchen and, when orders came in, you quickly provided salads or hot meals to those who had to serve them to the Olive Garden’s customers. Good: no problem there.

You wrote, “Arguing with me meant they [coworkers] wouldn’t get what they needed.” That suggests you played favorites with employees which would have been disruptive.

Also, I get the impression that if “(your) coworkers listened to (you),” you usurped your bosses’s roles and their authority. In other words, likely you were disruptive in that way while being seen as undermining company policy.

I can tell that you’re smart and energetic. When you get another job, don’t try to manage the business from the bottom. Remember that bright, capable, and tactful people always rise quickly…. if they can get along with both the millennials and the bosses.

Absolutely brilliant and eloquent quote you unearthed, AWD. Not surprisingly from a courageous foreigner, and one of our OWN.

I’ve long been convinced, for the most part with some rare exceptions like Ron Paul in Texas (and the despicable establishment-Republican party there tried to destroy his candidacy many times over during his truly-honorable service to this country), the American people have had little to no control at the Congressional level on up for as long as I’ve been alive. Candidates for elections have always been selected/heralded by the Jewish Big Media/Money based on their willingness to sell the country out to the international, globalist agenda regardless of party affiliation.

This in no way excuses the abysmal ignorance (and indifference of a huge segment) of the American people and it’s hostile-to-it’s-host, massive, foreign-immigrant presence because third-parties have been on the menu for quite some time, but the American people never consented to having 130 million people added to our country since the devastating 1964 “Immigration Reform Act” for our literal dispossession/disenfranchisement either. Whites’ are doomed under our current criminal, insane immigration policy; Amnesty #2 will prove a quick extinction:

Amnesty Is Republican Party Suicide
Phyllis Schlafly | Oct 29, 2013
“Under current law, 1.1 million new legal immigrants come in every year. The Congressional Budget Office projections indicate that amnesty, plus its scheduled increases in legal immigration, will add an additional 4.6 million new voters by 2014.

An enormous body of survey research shows that large majorities of recent immigrants, who are mostly Hispanic and Asian, hold liberal views on most policy issues and therefore vote Democratic two-to-one. Their motivation is not our immigration policy; it is economic issues.

The 2008 National Annenberg Election Survey found that 62 percent of immigrants prefer a single government-run health care system. The 2010 Cooperative Congressional Election Study found that 69 percent of immigrants support Obamacare, and the Pew Research Center found that 75 percent of Hispanic and 55 percent of Asian immigrants support bigger government.”

Later:

“The current level of immigration, even without amnesty, will add nearly 15 million new potential voters by 2036, a large share of whom will favor the left. To allow this to happen will make Republicans a permanent minority party.”

I do not care about that stuff.

You were paid to do the job assign. You refused.

I have explained it to you. In black and white I have givenyou a path to follow so that it might not happen again. Once again –

– do what your boss tells you
– work on his behalf
– let him or her have all the glory

I have explained exactly why you were fired, because you clearly did not know, and are unwilling to accept the fact of it. You still are refusing to accept the fact of it.

You refused a work instruction. That is it – plain and simple. Refusal of a work instruction means you have a bad attitude, at the very least. But no matter, it was the refusal that got you fired.

Next time, do not do that. Do not give your bosses ultimatums. Worry about your own job, and forget what your co-workers say or think.
