According to WaPo, the files on intercepted Americans “have a startlingly intimate, even voyeuristic quality. They tell stories of love and heartbreak, illicit sexual liaisons, mental-health crises, political and religious conversions, financial anxieties and disappointed hopes. The daily lives of more than 10,000 account holders who were not targeted are catalogued and recorded… résumés from job hunters and academic transcripts of schoolchildren. Scores of pictures show infants and toddlers in bathtubs, on swings, sprawled on their backs and kissed by their mothers. In some photos, men show off their physiques. In others, women model lingerie, leaning suggestively into a webcam or striking risque poses in shorts and bikini tops.”

“We will avoid American products too because America is the worst liar of all states in our generation and we have enough of their spying and stealing (of other countries gold) and pointing with fingers and meddling in foreign affairs (which is also unprecedented) – when they have the most biggest shit on themselves. I have never been anti-American – really and I have a lot of and most of my friends over their (thanks to internet) – but this and the last administration (or in fact a few criminals behind it) has done soooo much damage to the american poeple, to the image of America all over the globe, so that it is no wonder that finally the whole world will think about them as the biggest shitplace on this planet…. This will NOT end well for America. Unfortunately the American people will likely have to pay a very high and very painful price for haven given up their Constitutuional rights in exchange for coke, burgers, tv, porn and games.”

Well the latest Snowden revelations are a big snore. Anyone with half a brain cell left KNOWS that they are doing this. You don’t just build the largest surveillance system in the history of mankind and not use it on every fucking thing you can think of do you? Hell I, and millions of others knew about Stellar Wind prior to Snowden and that pretty much tells you what the spooks are up to.
It’s a damn shame the man sacrificed his freedom considering the reaction his revelations are getting. He’d have been better off stealing the electronic data of every politician in the country because THAT would have outraged one or two people.

“Total Information Awareness” and “Able Danger” both well pre-date 911 and were run by Adm Poindexter who you’ll remember from their “Contra” days.
The idea of “hoovering up” everything isn’t new; what IS new is the technology to actually do it en masse is here. That’s what the center in Utah is all about.
When the smoke clears after the big reset, I think we’ll need to decide that just because we CAN do something doesn’t mean we SHOULD. Especially when that something means blatantly violating millions of American’s Constitutional rights.

A big reset and this is somehow still America1.0? With the same surveillance apparatus? If the apparatus survives, that means the current regime has survived and will soon be rolling out PATRIOT ACTII, the final solution.

I think that philosophy is going to apply to MANY things from food and animal production to money and spying. Doing something “just because you can” means continuing to live beyond ones means.

PETA flew a drone over a friends Plantation during a pigeon hunt….somehow it got shot down . I’ve had some great shoots at this place…Jerry was alays a great host .
