Hmmm. This happened in Winter Haven, Florida. Factoid. Winter Haven used to host the spring training for two fantastic baseball teams, the Philadelphia Phillies and the Cleveland Indians.
Doesn’t have a damn thing to do with the story, but I thought it worth mentioning.

If you have been a member of a subversive political group like Right to Life, the NRA or the Tea Party you should beware. Finally a heart warming family story. I can’t help but wonder if the home invader was a white dude. I calculate he was related to the fact if he was black and unarmed the blacks in the area would be burning down their neighborhood and it would be a major news story.
Damn, that is a feel good story! After all the bullshit downer news, a ray of hope. But (here’s Debbie Downer) why wasn’t the daughter shooting too? I guess my glass is 1/4 empty.

I’m lovin’ the fact the liberal news posted the map of the road. Sends a clear message to the thieves and thugs, that the citizens on that street take the safety of their families very seriously.
