I hate affirmative action ,set aside programs but it seems. alot of young white dudes are just lazy.I have never had a problem finding a job at any time .1979 -2014 .35 years.

The black man labor participation rate was 77% in 1973 and is 67% today.
I understand it was 100% in 1850.

Same here BB, if you really wanted a job there was one available if you looked for it and showed a true desire for it to the employer.
My father told me it was the same in the Depression as well, they didn’t pay much, and you worked your ass off, but they were there.
Most of them on the dole just love it, and would never look for a job unless their benefits ran out. Many work part time in the dark as well; unemployment figures are a total sham.

Agreed, white men over twenty are on some sort of safety net program. Many older white men are on disability, I know of several who are on it for inner ear problems (can you believe that?) Younger white men 20 to 35 are on family welfare program called sponging off their parents and living in the basement.
I would be ashamed to live in that manner, ashamed I tell ya.
